  1. Great performances from Barry, Jags,Stones and Galloway but got to give it to Barkley Lukaku was anonymous but thankfully or the forum Kone was equally as poor
  2. If only Kone could have had Lukakus bad touch there !
  3. They seemed to be in good spirits on the way down
  4. If he can sort his head and his injuries out he could still be a very influential player for us, definitely in the last chance saloon though

  8. Yes its totally irrelevant, you could be a nuclear scientist in London or taxi driver in Liverpool, either way you are in no position to say Haf is right, or wrong for that matter. You share an opinion with him and that's about it I really didn't mean any offence by it and I apologise if it did, but Haf's ego does not need any massaging , he constantly implies that he is the only person in this forum capable of forming an informed opinion because we all somehow don't really understand the game as well as he does

  10. No offence but just because a barman in New York agrees with him it doesn't make him right

  12. For such a poor footballer whose only attribute is his finishing he doesn't half get some assists

  14. He is so far down the pecking order now that it was a waste of time offering him a new contract He is third choice winger in a side that doesn't play with wingers! So even if he is sat on the bench he knows Lennon, Gerry and Naismith will get the nod before him Under Moyes he was probably one of our most dangerous players , under Martinez he may as well be a ball boy
  15. Totally disagree, I think Martinez is missing an opportunity by never giving him a chance If he doesn't fancy him and isn't going to play him, why give him a new contract ? If he is just going to warm the bench then we should have sold him in the summer

  19. The reality is you are trying to manipulate stats to prove your point What about the season before when he scored against Arsenal, Liverpool and City?

  22. This thread gets more ridiculous by the minute. Kone's first touch is probably just as erratic as Lukakus and his distribution is far worse Poor first touch or not Lukaku provides a focal point for our attacks that no other player at the club could We are a far better side with him in the team than we are without him and for me that's the end of the matter
