  1. Sky sports text says we have bid £2.4m but they want £3.7m - that's the line from spain anyway. Moyes first signing of summer?
  2. Silva would be a quality signing - he's got another couple of seasons at the top and what a mentor for rodwell/gosling - brazilian international, ex-arsenal captain - at £2m, a must in my opinion.
  3. Must be decent if Real were looking - worth a pop - young and not too dear in a position we could strengthen, I'd be happy.
  4. Mine's come today - nice card I reckon - not sure about the crack with all the postcards!
  5. Fair doo's we need numbers - but it's Hossam 'fooking' Ghaly we're talking about - NSNO! (parp)
  6. Well done - okay, you want Everton to sign a player you don't rate that highly! You obviously like talking about us (by your ridiculous number of posts - I hope you don't post the shit I've been reading all the time!!!) rather than watching us if you're not bothered if we sign players you don't rate that highly!!! I want us to sign players I rate and I will support them week in week out, you obviously have another philosophy...
  7. You want Everton to sign a player you don't rate... answers on a postcard!!!
  8. Noted! Ha ha! Fook me - the man who gave me stick for wanting Fletcher next season would have Hossam Ghaly in the squad!!! What's the crack with Taarbat if he's that promising spurs will want to keep him - has anyone actually seen enough of him to make judgement? Boateng - fair doo's looked okay - he's a big bastard but would cost £4-5m (better spent on Fletcher!!!) Bent now, he would be a good signing as long as it's equal/less than what we sell AJ for (although I'd keep him if money wasn't an issue) - Bent has actually scored in the Prem with 2 teams now because he did actually score and look good when given chances at spurs (not £16.5m good though!)
  9. Do one kopite!!! If you think I'm being harsh - type "me and tim cahill" into google images - BUSTED!!!
  10. At the end of the day fletcher is just a link like aimar and arshavin - is there any truth in any of these - I'd love arshavin (very unrealistic), aimar (does this link have any substance), fletcher seems a realistic target and would be a good signing. People get carried away with these unrealistic signings who are 'linked' and that's it - paper talk. Moyes will have realistic targets in mind who he will sign to take everton to the next stage and if darren fletcher is one of these i'll be delighted if we can beat boro/sunderland to his signature. That shit player neville has helped us get to where we are now. And moyes will have in mind other targets who will improve Everton.F.C.
  11. Again you're giving examples of players who only made a handful of appearances for man.ure and you've popped an arsenal example in (unless your fantastic knowledge had him down as a man.ure player?) As for neville, he's obviously not shit - capped 50 odd time for his country, regular part of a very successful man.ure side and a virtual ever present in a top-5 premiership side - absoloutely shit!!! - is your name CraccerC or KakaC - if it's the latter then you have the right to call these players shit.
  12. Neither played more than a handful of times for man.ure - they were signing from abroad - gambles. There is no guarentee dos santos or modric will be good signings for spurs - they've never played in the prem. Fletcher however is a proven and established premiership player - who has always done a good job for man.ure and scored a couple of important goals along the way - he'd add height into our midfield - something I feel moyes is looking for. As for nev - he's done a fantastic job for us and I believe he will continue to do so (hopefully at right-back) - he's obviously not a poor football player - how's he achieved what he has achieved by being a poor football player!!!
  13. He must be good though - Moyes 'wants' him and Ferguson wants to keep him - they're Premiership football managers - surely they have a better idea than us (you would think anyway!)
  14. Exactly why ferguson wants to keep him!!! - Have you heard man.ure are in for McFadden too?!
  15. Read the next response before hopping in with your 'tard - 'nt. If he's that shit on the pitch why would ferguson want to keep him? Just coz he's not some fancy named african labelled the next essien etc... people don't want to sign him - he's a proven premiership player and a player who would stregthen our first team.
  16. That's why he was off-loaded after a handful of appearances. 172 is 30 odd a season over the past 5 seasons - that for a team who have regularly been winning silverware in ths time doesn't suggest he's a shite player!
  17. Fletcher, who has made 172 appearances at Old Trafford since making his début in a Champions League tie against Basel in March 2003 He sounds shite!!!
  18. I think you'd have to pay £6-£7m to sign this chap - good pro, would do a fine job wherever he went. I'd prefer Michael Johnson at £8m though.
  19. Awesome, torres, fabregas and messi - champions league here we come!
  20. Here's r kid with timmy! Said he'd just got his sleeve done - my bro's well into his tat's so was raving about it. The other pic is Mrs. Cahil (left) with my sis-in-law. He's got a pic with baines but didn't get one with jags - I'll try get some more.
  21. So was it because of the ground move being likely to be called in for a couple more weeks? Would this signal the end of Mr.Green? and the start for Mr.Mittal? - fook me, can't wait til the football starts again!
  22. Yeah, forgot to put - he asked him about his injury and cahill said he still wasn't running on it but he was down the gym most days.
  23. Right... spoke to him now. He met up with Cahill a couple of days before jags and baines had arrived. Timmy didn't have a clue with what was going on and was asking my bro about who we'd been linked with... my bro's limited knowledge told him "that russian one who played against us, that midfielder from man citeh and steve sidwell - but it looks like he's going to villa." Tim was gutted about cars, he said he really gets on with cars. He said he rooms with arteta but didn't say anything about him leaving (rumours) - they didn't talk that much about football - if anything tim was asking my brother more about football and the rumours. They saw each other one day and after that cahill came up to him and really sociable every time they saw each other - cahill invited them back to his villa but they were going on a trip so couldn't. He was with all his family and his kids look just like him supposidely. He said Cahill was sound as anything - really down to earth and geniunely nice. Jags and Baines were also there - he didn't speak as much to them. All three were just with their families and weren't altogether that much - just when they were all chilling by the beach and that. He sat over from baines in a restaurant - his dress sense was interesting. Loads of the sheff.utd players were out there too and marc bircham (from qpr?) - and zamora's ex page 3 bird. Hope that info interests some of you - I'm jealous as fuck. He's e-mailing me some photo's prob tomorrow so how do it get them on here?
  24. I'd love Bent here and keep AJ - Yak, Bent, AJ, (Vic and Vaughan) - send one of the 2 youngsters out on loan - question marks over Vaughan's fitness still. We need quality options up top and I think this offers us plenty. When we lost Vaughan and AJ last season and Timmy was out it was obvious Yak needed a rest and Vic struggled. So if there is money whether it's ground related or whatever £8m for Bent is a good deal - saying this priority must be central midfield. If we signed Huddlestone, Johnson and Bent and one of Bentley/Milner/SWP/Lennon I for one would be delighted - think this would make a real statement. Quality young english players to add to the ones we already have.
