No idea which billionaire I would want to join. Not really to bothered at the moment if I am honest. Just want the club to be able to push forward like all the teams around us have done this summer. I hope that Everton can keep our starting 11 fit thoughout the season and if they can then there should be no reason why we can't still have a semi decent season. When the inuries and suspenstions start piling up thats when I think we will have a season.

The next 3 days might be fascinating but the following few months wont be. We not going to spend £10m on 1 player. As Mark said before can't see us spending more than £3m on a player. Think that DM will wait to January to spend and that will depend where we are in the table. If we sign a few quality players to go with the 2 (maybe 3) free and loan players like some of the players we have been linked with I will be happy. I wont be happy if we just end up with the 2 signings we have made plus maybe the loan sign of victor team mate and can anyone on here honestly say they will be. Regardless of that they might not have cost us any money it will show once and for all what Evertons future will always hold until a billonaire comes on board - Hope followed by disapointment.

So from the likes of Mbia and Millito to Joao to signing Jars, Cast and Obinna. Might all be good players but from maybe £30m worth of talent to players that have cost us nothing. If Cast and Obinna are both on loan it means no more loan deals as can only have 2 loan signings at the same time I beleive.

Another signing I was shocked to see us going for mainly cos I never heard of him (apart from in Pro Evo when you start up a master league game and he is a striker) Just hope this is like other people have suggested the 'cheaper' signings to add to the squad to go with the 'big' signings we going to make. I doubt it somehow as I think we might be looking at only 1 more signing. When we was linked with the likes of Joao, M'Bia and Militio I think we would have taken just those 3 signings. I think the 2 we have made and maybe the next signings are the alternatives that DM talked about he might have to change his attention to. Only think I would say is that we needed signings to cover the squad and if these are not costing any money at least its not the end of the world

And the Goodison manager has warned his team will struggle to compete in the Premier League if they do not strengthen in the next 10 days. Everton travel to promoted West Bromwich Albion today having not yet signed a player during the transfer window, and with an ankle injury to Phil Neville potentially leaving them with just NINE fit senior professionals. That shortfall in numbers has forced Moyes to shift his priority to quantity rather than quality before the window slams shut on Monday week. Although there is some money to spend, prohibitive asking prices mean the Goodison manager will have to utilise the loan market once more to add much-needed depth to his squad. And having tracked the likes of Joao Moutinho, Diego Milito, Vagner Love and Tiago this summer, Moyes said: “I might end up having to change. I did say last week that I wouldn’t have to lower the standards, but it looks like the quality players I want to bring in here might not be the ones that I’m chasing. “We need to get numbers in. Have said before and will say it again. If no new signings are made DM will be gone before the EGM on 3rd September Also said he was spending all his time trying to get signings in so not really thinking about the WBA game (or words to those effect0 which is not good for Saturday, Maybe when we lose again this weekend and no new signings before the next game and DM has gone things will change. The annoying thing is that DM keeps coming out and saying that there is money to spend so come out and say why people are not joining us?
