I think this comes back to my original post I obviously don't see it because the games I have seen live this season (I did not see fulham or westham) he has been shocking he doesn't seem to be involved at all. Maybe it's the way I watch footy but last season I noticed Yak alot even when he wasn't scoring but saha I couldn't even tell you when he is on the pitch. He has hasn't got the strength or determination of either yak or vic and for me seems a luxury player.

Pro's None Con's Very Injury Prone and Looks Average and is 30 Saha only scored goals in a Man U team with an amazing midfield My Nan could have done the same. I put him in the same box as Andy Cole + Alan Smith looked good at man u due to the players around him now he is at everton he doesn't have the same effect at all. The only reason moyes went for him was because he had to replace AJ and Saha was cheap and the fact he has played in the prem disguised the fact that he was injury prone and utter tripe.

I am personally pleased that he gave him a go. If you put the past in the past and look at our squad he is the only out and out winger we have so it would be good to get him playing reguarly and this would also allow micky to stay playing central where he can have the most influence.

I just don't understand when we are gettin so much through revenue Tv money etc and also getting 16 mil in for two players in the last year where all our money has gone because it hasn't gone on transfers.

It does seem strange that if moyes saw Big Mo as competition to cahill why he bought him with all our spare money. Don't get me wrong I am pleased we have gone out a bought a good young european midfielder however we were desparate for a DM so why no throw 15 mil at that. Castillo was obvioulsy a panic signing and if he doesn't fancy him why not send him back and spend some money on Mbia.

I know it's an age old discussion but why don't we just stickto perfecting a 451. The competition of fighting for one stirking birth would help yak come good again. I persoanlly do not see it with saha he is at best a good squad player. I also think the critisism of fellani is unfair because for me he is the only midfielder who puts his foot on the ball and tries to play through the midfield. the long ball kills us because yak or saha are not good enough in the air.

Just been having a look around NSNO and seen some intersting points raised about how or how not to incorparate TC into our starting 11. I got me to thinking why do we insist on treating him as a midfielder why just say he is a stiker and play him either as a support stiker or in a straight 442. I personally think he needs to play in any set up as he is our talisman. If you accept he is a striker then I would play fellani and rodwell in the middle with arteta and piernar interchanging on the wings pt

My opinion is we would be playing like this if carsley was in the team or not he was ok at his job but not as good as we are making out now he is gone. I know quotes have been made about his form since he went to brum but really does anyone beleive he didn't need replacing and could still hack it at prem level

Not sure how he would react but his creativeness seems to be lacking this season

I think get cahill back in the team with yak up front

I have seen a lot of shouts for the youngsters to be brought in as the YAk Saha combo isn't working. But I actually disagree. Ok so they haven't scored when they played together but isn't this to do more with the whole team perfromance as chances have be scant in the games I have seen. I would also add if Yak scores lastsaturday (He hit the post) we would not be shouting for him to be dropped the guy is all about goals and so lets stick with them in a run against the lesser sides. Yak had a cracking start to the season with 4/5 goals. I think stick with that team against fulham and we could be in for a 3-0 4-0 win. Aj had a good first season and then fell away after injury now yak isn't struglling and he is the antichrist. It needs time the other option would be to play 1 up front and both cahill and fellani pushing on with a dedicated DM which at the moment is castillo which moyes doesn't like for some reason.

I don't for one second want to suggest we played well and deserved a win but I think a couple of good penalty shouts a wrong called sending off and a wrong called foul that led to our only shot on target (Fellani). If one or two of them goes for us it's a differenet game. I also felt that fellani gets booked for a late challenge early on and then I counted atleast 6 challenges by liverpool of the same level and no one got booked it's big club little club syndrome.

Yeah I agree both sides were not good but we get the pen and we are 1 nil up in the first half and it's a differenet game. Like cahill going off after that he may aswell blown the final whistle because he ended the game there

are we getting victimised by refs or is it something all small clubs face

But like clatterburgh before him we are getting robbed in alot of games. I mean last season if we had the points just from the Blackburn and liverpool games we would have had a great points tally.

I have seen less obvious ones given. I mean skirtel was about 2m from the ball and he looks and moves to the Yak to cut off his run how is that not a pen. I start every derby game now wondering how we will be penalised by the ref sending Cahill off was just the icing on the cake of a inept performace by a rat faced little man like Riley. How the FA let these guys get soooooo many things wrong but still give them big games is ridiculus

So I don't understand why Yak didn't get a penalty whe skirtel blatantly blocked him off in the first 15 mins. Baring in mind that cahill went shoulder to shoulder with Caragher and a free kick was given. Also Baring in mind Fellani stood his ground against a jumping keeper in the area and they hardly made contact but he gives the keeper a free kick. I honestly think I must not understand the rules of the game or is it Mike Riley who didn't. Don't get me wrong we didn't deserve to win yesterday. But again in a Derby two match changing decsions go against us and if fellani had scored it would have been 3. When is some real notice going to be taken by the powers that be into Refs who are blantantly favouring one side over another.

God both maybe be rubbish but atleast lescott has been given games to get it right and hasn't now it's baines go to either prove he is crap or he is good. the games I have seen him play he has been ok and going forward he is better than lescott

I agree with that how does moyes expect to get players motivated by making them an automatic selection.

I am sick of Lescott keep commenting on games and sending messages to the fans about his commitment and the teams commitment. Sayig it doesn't make it happen he needs to play better!!!

I would understands baines's ommission if lescott was on form but he is awful at present so at least give haines the chance to prove himself

Agreed and hearing that from lescott is a tad patronising when he is the worst culprit. I think we have been lucky not to have played anyone decent.

I am slightly frustrated by the lack of opportunity given to baines. Lescott/Jags/Yobo should be fighting for two places and it seems they are all given a place what ever wich means there is no competiton at CB. Baines and Valente should be fighting for left back. I mean why give baines only a half against Hull was he really that bad and surely given a run in the team he would get better. It seems to me Lescott gets put at left back plays poorly and then doesn't get dropped.
