  1. I think it was a positive thing that we saw Keane and Torres go for the same ball. Shows a desire to score goals.
  2. It was more than that. He was constantly hailing the slightest thing by Liverpool is significantly awful and everything Liege did as excellent. He's done it for years and I'm getting used to it. He was saying things like: "If you wondering who on earth that Plessis player is, he's a defensive midfielder" and I'm thinking, I know who he is. You are just a muppet. The worst thing he said was when he speculated on how Keane was playing a similar role to Gerrard. He doesn't know anything about football and this is clear when he commentates on our matches.
  3. Skye is nice but Oban is the gateway to all the islands. I live not far from the ferry terminal itself.
  4. I'm an original Welshman myself (Albeit I live in Scotland) but I can't hate Motty. He's such good fun and loves the game. He's largely unbiased I find and even if he is it is forgivable because he's such a good commentator. -------- So for me. Anyone associated with the rag that is the S*n. I'm hoping to take Journalism past University and school but I would never work for them. Sensationalist scum and I'm sure most Evertonians would also agree with me. Also ITV sports team of Clive Tyldsley etc. He's so biased towards United (Or anyone playing Liverpool I've found) it's ridiculous. The Standard Liege commentary and Arsenal-Liverpool last year also nearly prompted me to write a complaint. Martin Tyler is also a misery guts who is very overrated. Andy Gray doesn't actually bother me too much, perhaps because I live in Scotland, perhaps because he just knows what he's talking about which is more than could be said for muppets like Paul Merson.
  5. Oh yeah, he was a blue as a boy of course. Forgot that. Well I'm not changing it Besides, if you cut him open now he'd have Liverpool Football Club running through his veins. To be honest, whether he played for Liverpool or Everton I'd still like/respect him. He's a no nonsense player who any fan woud like were he on their team.
  6. The western highlands. Ever been up to Oban? Beautiful town. There are Blues at the end of the road actually.
  7. Most of em are us nosey reds probably! I decided to take the plunge and join the debate. ^_^
  8. Come on. You have to admit that Dossena looks like a tough piece of work. He looked impressive pre-season although I wasn't pleased with the pen (should have been free kick) he gave away.
  9. Was just going to say the same thing. I think the win was a good sign. Of course it wasn't pretty but it showed we are beginning to win games despite playing badly. The Mancs have been doing it for years.
  10. Arteta? Wouldn't say no to him. Unfortunately there are fans of every club that bring shame to the name. Sadly, even Liverpool.
  11. I appreciate the response, Sporting4ever!
  12. Hello. SR here, a regular on Liverpool and football forums alike. Since my cousin moved away I've been unable to have the regular banter with the blue half of Merseyside that I enjoyed. It's sad that I've had to join an Everton forum for it in the mean time but hey, you seem a friendly bunch. Don't all attack me at once.
