we need a good right back. moyes wants to buy british. answer. glen johnson. ive seen him play a few times this season (since i got sky) and johnson has certainly impressed me. hes a competent defender and he makes good runs and crosses into the box. kinda reminds me of baines. you may not rate him that highly but if we need a realistic target who is a vast improvement on neville and hibbert id go for johnson

arteta has been our best player since we signed him on loan back in 05. he is head and shoulders above all our players right now. and he has been consistent in the years we have with the exception of this season where alot of the time he has been injured. and many people seem to forget that. osman however has been the oposite. he was awful last season and this season hes been superb. so in my eyes and im sure there are people who echo my thoughts. arteta is just having an off season unless we get an offer we cant refuse and if we could get 2 or 3 players of his calibure with the money then we should NOT sell him

ive been attacked by scals/chavs/wankers many times before for wearing band t-shirts wearing my hair long and sporting a goatee. thankfully i have never recieved any serious injury mainly coz i can run very quickly when i need to. its a sad state of affairs when people die because of these twats. the world is overpopulated and quite frankly if there were a cull of human to happen id place these tossers at the top of the list.

yeh his first goal v city in 2004 cahill got a second yellow after taking off his shirt. it is a ridiculous rule and should be stopped just because its pointless. what possible harm is there in taking your shirt off. another rule which should be scrapped is the 'you must go off the pitch and come back on again when recieving treatment' rule. what is the point

imo mark if a player and i stress that ANY player is consistently in the refs face arguing with the decision right or wrong its a booking. players need to show respect to the ref because his decision is final. resoect is shown to the refs in rugby because if they argue with the ref the ref has the power to send off a player or if its a free kick, the free kick brought 10 metres forward. its about time football refs start growing some balls and start being harsh to players. if all refs did that then maybe just maybe more respect from the players might be shown mascherano deserved to be sent off imo

it really annoyed me coz we saw our best performance of the season v fiorentina. then a few days later see our worst against fulham. shame we lost johnson so early. he could have been a key player today. no excuses blues play like that again and well be lucky to finish 5th. fair play to fulham though in taking thier chance

well i always say. if a player is shite or off form but at the same time puts in 300% effort on the pitch i will have no problems with that player. johnson hasnt been scoring as much as last season but his workrate on the pitch has been unbelievable. hes a worthy asset to our team. and besides hes in double figures this season so i doubt we can all complain
