Not back tracking at all mate, i just know at the end of the day there is fuck all that can be done about it at the moment. You got £500m to sort the club out? me neither. None of that means i have to like what BK has done, i think some of it has been comical as i have said many many times in the past.

At the same time i do accept what we have at the moment and there is fuck all we can do about it, so we have to go with it for now.

At the end of the day Agent Johnson left us in the black, also Agent Kenwright was very much part of that regime(the main reason i believe he should never have been allowed to get involved a second time) What about the stories he supposedly said no to the Sheiks at Man City? I reckon it will take £500m to get us back on track again, very few have that kind of cash, we could have had a fantastic team and a world class stadium, and with Moyes in charge which is what everyone wanted. I find it hard to believe his "Everton love-in" all the time especially considering some of the decisions made during his tenure, if it's true then fuck me he has a strange way of showing it. Simply put he is out of depth, being an Evertonian means nothing when the job is not getting done, whilst we stay afloat we are not going anywhere, stuck in stupid merchandising deals. Change will have to happen at some point otherwise one year the inevitable WILL happen imo.

Im no Bill lover mate, but nothing is going to change at the moment as far as i can see we are stuck with him.

I have asked permission to start this thread so that any comments related to Bill Kenwright and the Board can stay in here. This stops other threads such as the Betis match day thread turning into another discussion about money and Bill Kenwright, it just keeps everything tidy.

That's the thing though, he hasn't done this. So far other than Robles, Alcaraz + Kone are the wrong age then(i refuse to count Deulofeu,as he is always going back) and strengthening from within would be letting the likes of Green have a go. Barkley was involved under Moyes(not very much mind you) so far from what i can see we are just playing a different formation with the same players, we need to strengthen in midfield, im fed up with Gibson and his injuries it's just fucking boring now, he's really no more than a squad player like this, Osman is finished and Fellaini if he stays will only turn up every other game. We are in danger of getting very left behind this year imo.

Just one question then Dunc. How do they learn to play with their team mates and learn the club system if they go off playing on loan for another team. Pre season is no indicator as we are constantly reminded.

We will see how the season pans out, but i think we need some new faces especially in midfield, but i can see that saga of Felli going and no one coming in.

Swansea West Ham Norwich Liverpool I even think Sunderland might do something, they have had decent pre season by all accounts. We need some more bodies in Mike, if we are going to play this "build from the back style" ( i have no problem with this) then some of the present team appear to be lacking the relevant skill set for the job. We can scrap around in the market year in year out as much as we want, but eventually there is going to come a time when it doesn't work anymore and we WILL get left behind, and judging by the fact despite the extra TV money that appears to have had no effect on us whatsoever, i fear this year could be our year. Im not suggesting we will go down but i think we could get a bit of a shock to the system if we are not careful.

It sounds a good book, the journo who wrote the book is often on talkshite and he's one of the few that's worth listening too
