That's not the point I was making, but either way, it doesn't take away from the notion that he would be more valuable if he could stay fit. I also don't think Messi & Ronaldo miss as many games as Mirallas does, and they have much heavier schedules.

He's really the only winger we have in my eyes. We desperately need another winger in the Jan window. If Mirallas could stay fit, he'd be worth so much more to us.

I agree with you that none of them should, but neither should McGeady.

I echo this sentiment a bit. Give me Barkley/Eto'o/Lukaku/Naismith out wide over McGeady any day.

I don't think it's a matter of relying on the cards; it has more to do with the fact that the ref isn't assessing the situations properly. Obviously, they aren't winning us any games.

I thought Garbutt at LB was decent, and I'd rather have Baines over Barry in the middle at the moment. I could see it next year, but a lot of work will need to be done. -
