  1. The scum have withdrawn their offer for Arteta according to Sky
  2. Rumour on the Spurs site is that if you sell Arteta you'll try and get Krankjar who's not a bad player a bit wasteful but not in the class of Arteta
  3. I could not see this on here but I just heard on the Radio that you guys rejected a £10 mil bid from the Scum for Arteta that would be a big mistake to let him go I thought you did well to get 4 mil for beckford though considering you got him on a free and to be honest he aint all that is he
  4. Yeah he is for real I think he is dis-illusioned at Spurs I think him and Levy no longer get along and to be honest the Modric fiasco has been ridiculous to paraphrase the Clash Should he stay or should he go We have another Berbatov situation we do not want to lose the player but he does not want to play and is disrupting the team Ratfaced cunt that he is Now if this had happenned 10 or 20 years ago the manager would have had a stern word and stuck him in the reserves for the remainder of his contract but if we did that with Modric we would have a player that we are paying £60 k a week for 5 years sadly Levy or Redknapp lack the balls to do that But nowadays players have all the power It would be like Liverpool making a bid for Felaini Everton don't want to sell and the player coming out and saying it's his dream move, the bids increase and still Everton say no the player then sulks and then fucks around and upsets the team and refuses to play properly
  5. Nice Work Avinalaff How come they had 2 in London when you consider that Leeds is quite a major city and Elland road must have been a decent ground then I know Bristol is also a major city but both Ashton gate and Twerton park were never up to much But I suppose they couldn't have it all up north and to be honest apart from London there's fuck all down here
  6. Funny thing 2 Liverpool fans ( I use the term Liverpool to differentiate them from the other Red shite Man U and the Scum ) in my office seem to think that Anfield is some sort of San siro of the North west, they dont believe me when I tell them its not that special, in actual fact correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Goodison used as a World cup venue in 1966 and Anfield wasn't
  7. I work in Ipswich Rubes so theres loads of united and Liverpool fans Funily enough the Liverpool fans were fairly quiet up til Christmas but now you cant shut the cunts up since they signed Suarez and Adam they think they are gonna win the league, but these are your armchair fans that have never been to anfield, born and bred in Ipswich so theres generations of inbreeding at least one of the united fans actually comes from Manchester
  8. Thats alright I know I am gonna have the piss ripped out of me on Tuesday when I go to work
  9. I got this from the Spurs forum but thought it was hilarious
  10. By the report on Sky it wasn't a classic but I guess you can take heart in the fact that you didn't concede and they had 2 penalties that's a good result away from home
  11. Cheers mate We lose to City at home tomorrow I was working this morning and left Ipswich just after 1 and they have Leeds at home, I got held up on my way out as there was a massive police escort for 2 coaches of Leeds fans surely thats a bit unnecessary
  12. Best of luck today Hope you get a win that will kick start your season and gain confidence
  13. I think you have to give credit to the Everton board and management since 92 that you have accomplished more than Tottenham who have spent 5 times more, and what have they got to show for that 2 carling cup wins and 1 top 4 finish, I am actually horrified we have spent that much and done Fuck all, and it shows what great managers Ferguson and whinger are. Everton in my view are a team capable of turning any one over on their day but also capable of fucking up against lesser oposition, just think what you would have done if you had of spent 235 million. But you have to look at the Scum they have only spent 6 m more than you and have had a fair amount of success I really can't see that Spurs have spent that much
  14. Sorry I am the new boy I should stick to making the tea for a few more days
  15. Okedokie This is something we do in the office and I will be doing on the Spurs forum Apart from Everton winning everthing in fantasy land and Liverpool ( we jokingly call them bin dippers)being relegated in reality how do you see the Prem finishing up I think everton Villa and spurs will be in a mini league of their own behind Le scum who will finish 5th top 4 wil be 1. Man U (you have to admit they are Cults) 2 Man City 3.Chelsea ( fuckers ) 4. Liverpool (spits) 5. Le Scum ( AKA Woolwich) 6. Tottenham Lukewarmspur 7. The Mighty Everton 8. Villa Relegated I think it will be tough for poor old Norwich and I think they will be bottom I hope wigan go down because they annoy me they are one of those clubs that you should beat but struggle against and they haven't really got the support for a Premiership club, I have nothing against the town I am sure its a very nice place, but I think Rugby's more their sport and I think Swansea will go down which will be a shame for the welsh as a nation I think despite Citys Harlem globe trotter attempt at building a super team they are still behind bacon face and his team of Chavs and cant see many teams beating them Chelsea I think needed to strengthen at the back and midfield to compete which they haven't done, and I am hoping Liverpool will do a leeds and spend foolishly and win fuck all and go bankrupt despite all their spending I only see Charlie Adam and Suarez as good buys, although Henderson could be a wise investment Sunderland could be a surprise package but the rest I see as mid table to relegation fight I think Everton will be around 7th I think there is a settled team youre not going to set the league alight, and I hope you beat arsenal chelsea and all the teams around us except for Spurs and Norwich an Ideal table would be 1 Spurs 2 Norwich 3 Everton 4 QPR Relegated 18 Liverpool 19 Chelsea 20 Arsenal
  16. Please take Crouch have him for free minus points well you can play a long ball up to him but he has the control of an alcholic at a stag do in a distillery you can put a pinpoint cross to the far post under the impression that at 6 foot 7 he will knock it down for a team mate or score and he never fails to disapoint he is utter shit devoid of any skill or ability the one thing he is reliable at is hitting the top tier of the stands from 5 yards out Plus points I'd like to sleep with his missus ( obviously when shes not pregnant) I also have a theory that he is on the Arsenal payroll

    Spurs (away)

Yeah I Kinda meant revenge as Neville was awesome in that game and we were outplayed, I think we were lucky to get a 1-1 draw at the lane in October after an awesome game at the San Siro, that shows Moyes quality tactically as after the 3-4 result against Inter Tottenham players must have been buzzing and to be honest I think Everton deserved more than a draw, So you bastards stopped us finishing 4th Oh hang on no it was that we were Shit and lost to wigan and Wolves at home

Right decision I believe it means our first league game is Man united away I guess a good start is out of the window now although I think we can beat them, as we always play well against them just don't get the results, its the likes of Wigan and Wolves we struggle against Gives Bale a chance to get fit so he can give Neville a roasting !
  19. Tottenham won the league in 1951 under manager Arthur Rowe who developed a new style of play he called Push and Run, which at the time was revolutionary, and opposition teams could not cope with the speed of the Spurs attacks and were beguiled by their speed of movement, unfortunately they could not follow up their success the following year, as a severe winter ruined the pitches all over the country, which affected Spurs passing style, which was not suited to heavy muddy pitches, Bill Shankly took over as Liverpool manager in 1959 and it wasn't until the mid 60's that Shankly developed Push and Run again which was the basis for their success, and was the antitheses of the great Leeds side of Revie who prefered a more physical style of play, Brian Clough was also a promoter of Push and run at Derby and later forrest, although by then, Arthur Rowe and the term Push and run had long been forgotten, its also worth noting that the Tottenham team of 51 included Alf Ramsey at Right back who went on to win the league with Ipswich (spits) in 62 pipping Spurs to title who finished 2nd, and famously winning the World cup in 66,
  20. you are obviously confusing spurs with a good side

    Spurs (away)

I think the game is looking likely to go ahead, as it was not Spurs fans that had anything to do with with the trouble, and most fans do not live in the area, and 33,000 Tottenham fans will make sure there is no grief, I also think the fact we are playing Everton is a factor as there is no history of bad blood between the fans, I think if we were playing another London club there is no way it would be played, If it does go ahead I Wish you all well but obviously I want us to get off to good start, I think a draw is the most likely outcome as we can't score for toffee (excuse the pun) but bizarrely for a Tottenham team are quite solid at the back although we do have a dodgy Keeper so I would encourage your forwards to shoot at every opportunity, in fairness I think our midfield is much better than yours, even with Modric's mind on other things I would love us to win but I predict 1-1 or 0-0. I would also add that Everton are one of our bogey teams that always do well against us so you could nick it 2-1 sad to say I just can't see a Lilywhite victory !
  22. I think it is very different between Spurs and Le Arse its real hatred from both sides, I'll have bit of banter with a couple of guys from in the office and we will have a reasonable conversation on the pluses and minuses of both teams but in reality we wouldn't piss on each other if we were on fire, I know my Granddad used to go and watch both but he never had a good word to say about them, and I have seen some terrible violence at the games between the 2, I would consider myself to be quite a rational intelligent man but just hate the cults I would love to see them relegated, and go out of business never to be heard of again. They go on about Spurs not winning the title since 61, and that we never beat them and the Jewish thing, making hissing noises pretending to be gas chambers is just sick, its very rare that you will find one that has a clue about football, and ask them how many european trophys they've won all they can say is that's history ah but what have they won lately. By the way probably shouldn't mention this but Spurs are partly responsible for Liverpools success in the 70s does anybody know how and why ?
  23. Hi Rubes good to see you Doesn't look like the games going ahead saturday which will be a shame
  24. Yeah cheers for that Mind you if you mention to any Spurs fan that they have signed a striker by any name and they are likely to have a sex wee
