Nothing to do with your eyesight....ridiculous ad imo. Supposedly points out that you need to look at everything while you're driving so you don't mow down cyclists. The daft bit is that you don't actually drive around counting the number of cars/pedestrians/traffic lights you see, which would be the only comparable situation to the test.
