I have approached this forum and other select forums as I feel that you could have a valuable input into this investigation and provide a good representative sample. I feel that the results gathered from the investigation will form a highly fascinating look into football broadcasting and its affect upon the modern game. The questionnaire is a short and simple form that asks for your views, with their being no right or wrong answer. It should take no less than 5 minutes to complete and should be easy to follow and understand. THE COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE TREATED WITH ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY. INFORMATION IDENTIFYING THE RESPONDANT WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
