Glitter has yet to offend in this country, and as such can not face charges. I would simply not allow him to return, a serial offender such as this animal is a danger to the all children at all times. In the case of these people and under human rights laws, they have more rights than the kids who's live's have been ruined by these bastards. Time to change sentenceing tarrifs and bang these fuckers up for life. A bit rambling, but I have worked with the victims of these scumbags and this is something I hold strong beliefs about.
