jamiemaher85
Why journalists (headline writers in particular) have a bad name... Daily Post headline... "Wolves manager Mick McCarthy wants Marouane Fellaini’s Saturday ban upheld" When in fact what he said was, plainly in response to being asked about it... “FIFA are entitled to do it. I had it with George McCartney. He didn’t go with Northern Ireland. He was injured and missed the game and was banned from the next match." “That’s the five-day rule. If they don’t turn up and play, then the authorities are entitled to ban him from the next game.” He's just stating the rule. Can anyone tell me what part of that answer suggests he "...wants (the) ban upheld."? Pathetic journalism. It's funny really, in a rather sad way. Amazing how they are simply trying to make a story out of nothing.
