Just like when someone starts a comment with, "I'm not a racist, but..." you know immediately they're going to say something racist. Do they not have laws about this in Romania? A Bulgarian not being allowed to "work" in Romania because of his sexual orientation? At that point it doesn't really matter what national law says in Romania, he clearly has a very strong case under Union law. But as I understand it he's only a rumored homosexual?
