FanchesterCity
More like populist politics to me. YES the FA needs reform, but this is simply a political move to gain favour. 'Stricter on foreign ownership' - oh yeah? how? give concrete changes and how they'd improve matters. They are cheeky sods - our government was happy to give FIFA tax breaks to win the world cup. Why didn't they "kiss my arse"? I am 100% behind football being given a kick up the arse, but not before we've decided precisely what to fix
codders78
They have been after football for a long time due to the masses of tax evasion/avoidance that goes on. Portsmouth were the major culprits of paying players masses of money on image rights to lessen the tax burden on wages. John Utake was a classic example, image rights of £2million a year, will he really generate that many shirt sales? Did he fluck
