Don't think much of the business side of things at Bramall Lane. Ok Weir may have had a poor start or not impressed the relevant people but to be dismissed after that short time, someone needs to give their head a shake. Guess some owners and chairmen aren't as tolerant as some others. I hope he can move on after this and find a club that's a little more appreciative of what he can maybe offer or show potential, given enough time.
