New rule against faking injuries that results in red cards

A new rule will apply in this years premier league.

 

If you are found guilty of faking an injury/take a dive that results in the other player getting sent off you get a 3 match suspension and the red card gets

 

The rule does not apply if you dive to get a penalty or a free kick. The dive must result in the red card for the other player.

 

Is this enough to stop diving?
