Hi all-lifelong Shaker (55) here.
Pretty desperate times at Gigg Lane with our previous owner vastly over-spending and our new one proving
difficult to say the least. Suffice to say we have a winding up order deferred to the 19th June, but with the strong possibility of administration we should save the club.
Have been to Goodison once , back in the late 80s' I think for the first leg of a two legged League Cup tie and of course you signed BIG NEV from us too.

I know  cash is tight for many, but if you can manage a fiver or tenner it would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

No offense, but I can think of a lot of causes more deserving of a fiver or tenner than Bury FC. Good luck, though.

Thanks Matt, greatly appreciated!

Steve I respect your view and note your Good Luck message.

Phil.

Happy to help.

I know this forum has helped me over the last decade so much with personal stuff (just having the forum and making friends), and it only exists because of my club. I’ve got so many happy memories because of Everton, I know there are businesses that survive because of the club, the charity work that helps so many... all of which combined helps so many people.

Size of club is irrelevant, it still helps people. That’s why I’ll always try and help.
