  1. Williams is a donkey and shouldn't be starting any games for us.
  2. Klaassen is shit. Edit: I'm desperate for him to prove me wrong.
  3. Keane is soooo slow. Always seems to be flat footed.
  4. Some background on Rangnick from a story in the Independent last year. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/international/ralf-rangnick-who-is-tactics-next-england-manager-sky-sports-a7338091.html
  5. Ralf Rangnick is now second favourite behind Silva. He has gone from 28/1 to 11/4 today. Haven't seen or heard much about him before today. There must something happening for a swing like that.
  6. Vlasic is playing against the baby shite now.
  7. Can't believe how consistently shite we have been. Really thought that something might have clicked by now.
  8. If the club announce Unsworth now, it will be an embarrassment and show a complete failure to attract any manager with a half decent CV. That's no disrespect to Unsworth, he's young in his career. It's just that if he was the man for the job, then why wouldn't he have been appointed by now? And why are we making approaches for others? Edit: It will also show the world we have a clear divide in the board, which is also embarrassing.
  9. Silva will be conscious that his stock is currently at the highest it's been. Staying at Watford could be a risk if they do not continue to perform well and start to drop down the league. Football management can be brutal if the results are not good. It can take a huge amount of time for a manager to rebuild his reputation and get an opportunity to progress. This may be his only chance to move to a big club. Similar to Dyche, if Watford were in the bottom three right now, would he be looked upon in the same light?
  10. Why is everything always so difficult for us? I wish we would have an idea or plan in place first, before making any knee-jerk reactions.
  11. 'Mirallas rejects commitment problem' http://www.skysports.com/share/11117456
  12. The thought of that fraud being given the opportunity to manage a club of our stature is an absolute joke. The guy should be banned from the game, he's a disgrace. I will be massively disappointed if he comes in. All the positives of the new owner, investment, new stadium, building a team to challenge for honours, will be dampened if that clown gets appointed. This will drag us back down and will take major time to recover our reputation as serious contenders. We will be the laughing stock of the league. If he was so good, why wouldn't Palace or West Ham get him back in? The fact that the likes of Watford or Leicester haven't touched him tells you everything you need to know. If he is not a candidate for those types of clubs, then why the fuck are we looking at him?? Apologies for the rant. It just hurts to think that we are being linked to this level of shite.
  13. Who would have thought that Niasse could make such a positive impact!! Although he's not the best, his attitude, desire and commitment gives the fans a lift. I'm truly made up for the lad. Unbelievable now to think I was disappointed he didn't go to Palace on deadline day. I genuinely thought at the time he was stealing a living from us. I guess it was fate he would play for us and prove his doubters wrong.

  15. Everyone sitting around me all agreed that Davies did not have his best game today and was quite critical of his performance. Seem to miss time his tackles and his passing wasn't great. We were expecting him to be substituted after Rooney. He did improve once Lookman came on and gave him a wide option.
  16. The fact that we are only being linked to shite, we might aswell give Unsworth more time. The second half performance was much better today, with positive changes made. Dyche or Allardyce would be a panic appointment in my opinion and is not we need right now. Can't see them attracting any decent players and I don't think they will take us forward in the future. Hopefully an established manager with some prestige becomes available, IF Unsworth doesn't produce some consistent results.
  17. Niasse for me. Lookman made a decent impact when he came on. Got to be worth a start. Mention for Baines who had the composure to step up and put the pen away under intense pressure.
  18. Rumours at the game was Mirallas and Schneiderlin were sent home and dropped from the squad for messing around in training. Anyone else heard anything on this? Brave move from Unsworth if true.
  19. Very emotional game. Atmosphere second half was amazing.
