  1. Think you'll find that's Everton fans showing compassion to Liverpool fans that mate, they usually repay us by paading Steau Bucharest banners at Derbys celebrating us being banned out if Europe after 39 Juventus fans died.

Unfortunately you will always have your fair share of morons doing the wrong thing mate. But the respect from what I have seen has been a two way street which has been great.

  2. I made this video as an overseas (Australian) Everton fan looking in from afar and seeing two teams put aside their on field rivalries and show wonderful compassion to each other off the field. From a long way away i thought it was brilliant and I wanted to show, in a video, how brilliant it looked to those who had done their club and city proud. I put it on FB and it got a big reaction getting around 200,000 views but i spelled 'Merseyside' incorrectly, which was a bit embarrassing! So you may have seen this on FB already but if you havent, a lot of people gave plenty of positive comments about it, and if you have, you are free to watch again and Merseyside is now spelled correctly ;)

  3. Lakaku 4 Naismith 2... How Naismith would get one is the problem. And as for the comment about 'how does a lack of football intelligence equate to where Everton are on the table...' its about knowing what you are looking for. If we as a supporter group are satisfied with hard runners who try hard, then we will struggle and wonder why?? So many theories as to why this year has been poor. Europe, chopping and changing, Howard, the defence early, etc etc. If you simply cant see that Naismith is not up to this standard of football, either follow something else or change your name to Roberto. Cause that clueless twat also cant see it.

  4. More typical no idea Everton fans. Naismith was on the bench 6 straight games, Everton won 5 out of 6. Comes on, throws the balance completely out of the team but, well, he ran around with no idea what he was doing, give him the man of the match. Need to change this backwards thinking mentality. Wonder why we are 11th with fans with no idea like this.

  5. He scored some goals early in the season, mainly is losing performances, and you all got excited. Preferring to look past the fact he cant take on defenders, he gives the ball away too often and lacks the ability to play at this level.

The senior players were there before him. Everton's decline came with his addition. He throws the balance out of the team.

He is good in the air and thats it. He gives the ball away first time so he doesnt embarrass himself holding on to it. He is not for this level.

Martinez cant see it cause he is average.

  6. Steven Naismith magic. Watch the magician himself at his best...

    What a player!

  7. Hi,

First post. When I played for my cricket club in Sydney some good guys from Birkin Head came over and played with us. Naturally, they were Liverpool and Everton fans (one some third tier club that lost i think 6-2 to Swansea in this years FA Cup, cant remember their name).

I went to Liverpool in September 2004. The Everton fan teammates, who are great blokes, took me to a match at Goodison. The mighty Blues defeated Middlesbrough 1-0, but should have won by more. I become an instant fan of Thomas Graveson and Everton. Been a fan since. Havent missed an EPL game on TV in 3 plus years.

My favourite player is Leighton Baines, who is a genius. I find it hard to tolerate Steven Naismith who i think is out of his depth. Also a big fan of Coleman and Stones. Tony Hibbert would be my choice as next English PM if i had my way.

    Go the toffees!

    Cheers,

    DB
