In fairness Davies did well there best player behind Allan and Pickford so that worked, Iwobi played on the left regularly for Arsenal so shouldn’t have found it to difficult, but this is Iwobi we are talking about Mr inconsistency didn’t turn up again, and Leeds were a totally different beast to deal with than Fulham no matter what side he was on he would have still had a shit game.

I’ve never raved about him, his last season at Watford told me he would be a gamble an expensive one at that.

He was one of our worse players yesterday if not the worst, haven’t seen more than a 5/10 from any pundits, and everyone mentioned the amount of possession he gave away as I and a few more highlighted here.

It has been about defence undoubtedly and he has his part to play in that, but he seems to not put much weight into that, which as I said would be acceptable if what he was doing going the other way was winning us games like in his first few games.

I haven’t been impressed with him in the last few games, is lack of creativity is highlighting how poor his work rate is for me, you can forgive a player for lack of effort to win the ball back if they are creating or scoring goals but he isn’t doing that.

That would be something but don’t think we will see that happening for a few years.

I blame Brands for his signing I doubt if Ancelotti had a clue who he was until he met Brand’s, some said he would be our best signing out of him Allan and James, let’s be honest Davies would do a far better job than him partnering Allan in the middle.

They were woeful against City today but will probably look like Brazil against us.

I would keep Gomes and Bernard for another season, more because Gomes needs an opportunity to get himself in the place he was before his injury, and Bernard still has a lot to offer but as you said Gylfi Delph and Mina need to be moved on, I can’t see a future for them or us at Everton and for me Keane isn’t far behind them.
