  1. Read them H says please try to avoid to much swearing since when has calling someone a dickhead been to much swearing, it doesn’t say you can’t swear.
  2. None of the above he’d be in the U23s out of the way, I wouldn’t want him polluting the team, we never had a good midfield with him in it, and we don’t have one now without him in it, we need wholesale change in this area and bringing someone back who’s 30 years old as zero ability on the ball runs around like a headless chicken leaving ache's of space behind him is not something I want to see again, our best spell when he was in the team was when he was at the AFCON. Call me clueless then you’re a -ick -ead
  3. I could have if he had posted why he thought my opinion of Gana didn’t match his, but no he chose to be a smart arse and insult me by calling me clueless, because I don’t agree with the majority, that isn’t debating by doing that you are insulting my intelligence not arguing or debating, I haven’t called you dickhead before and we have had plenty of different opinions, but trust me Steve if you had insulted me in that manner then it would have been a different conversation between us. Your getting to stuck up on the fact I called him a dickhead and can’t see why I reacted that way, if he’s offended by that then tough maybe he might consider that calling someone clueless in a derogatory fashion is going to get an unfavourable reaction.
  4. Or without calling them clueless in a derogatory way, if you think that’s acceptable then so is dickhead after all dickhead is a term that is synonymous with Liverpool and used by many on a daily basis. I find it unbelievable that a scouser would find that offensive language, call me clueless and I’ll call you a dickhead, don’t call me clueless and I won’t call you a dickhead, personally I’m not fussed either way, but please don’t expect me to not react when someone insults me in a public domain, because I’m telling you now Steve that’s not going to happen mate.
  5. Shouldn’t you be affording Gomes the same time, you seem to have written him off without the same consideration as Coleman.
  6. When a new supplier increases the money it’s going to give the club for the deal, yet can’t really increase the cost of the product then something has to give and usually it’s the quality, economics will always prevail, and as normal the consumer pays the price.
  7. I’m not suggesting we do nothing and wait till he comes back, after all he may not be the player we hope him to be, but to write him off and look to sell is a bit OTT he hasn’t had an opportunity to prove himself.
  8. This is more realistic than writing him off already, a couple of injuries unrelated although big doesn’t spell the end.
  9. Reports that we are back in the frame with Arsenal for him, could we be a better draw for his signature not sure, but he will definitely be a starter with us not guaranteed at Arsenal.
  10. So why would he want to get rid unless it’s fake news, and if so why the debate.
  11. Are you sure we are the only 2 if true and he is available for transfer, then someone who is paid millions of pounds a year for his football knowledge must think the same as us, so cut the clueless shit mate.
  12. Why would we be considering selling him, he’s still a young man who when he gets over his injuries can still be the player we anticipated he would be.
  13. It doesn’t matter if we have a new manager, Gana will still be a poor player under any manager, I said months ago he was on his way out at PSG now that wouldn’t be because of how good he is, if anyone on here truly believes he is the answer then I think you need some serious lockdown therapy.
  14. The money spent after Martinez wasn’t on it’s own down to Walsh, Koeman Moshiri and Kenwright all had a say in the players, I think Walsh was made the scape goat on a lot of purchases that went wrong, the first 2 years under Moshiri were based on the more money we spend the better we will become. For that to work you need the right manager not the right DOF, whether Walsh or Brands are good DOF becomes immaterial if the manager isn’t good enough, I don’t think you’re unrealistic in your assessment, but I do believe you are misinformed if you think the clubs you have mentioned are all being successful because of the DOF. For me a DOF is there to facilitate the manager in his quest to improve the team, not to tell the him what players he’s going to buy for him, why would any manager be dictated to on player acquisitions by a DOF, if that was the case then Walsh should have gone before Koeman and Allardyce and Brands should have gone before Silva.
  15. I’d love to know who we are going to replace him with that is better and under 40million, I think the answer is there is nobody out there any better for that money, Ake’s sale has shown that 40+ million and he’s no better than Keane.
  16. That reality is it doesn’t really matter what we spend on player or whether we get a free, what matters is that what ever we do it works, and that has been the problem we have seen a lot of money spent and not much of it work for us. But that doesn’t mean we stop trying, does Moshiri trust Ancelotti, if it’s yes then he has to back him in the transfer market, and if Ancelotti wants Immobile and he’s available then with in reason he gets him.
  17. I love it when people rattle your gage Shukes, get in son
  18. We are owned by a Russian and an Iranian, we will be far from honest if it doesn’t suit, they’ve been round the block a few times and not just the eastern block, trust me they know how to make a wrong look like a right.
  19. Did he not know this, or was he going to try and change the rules on everyone’s electoral terms, after all he believes he can do what he wants, so I would guess that that was his intention. The world is a crazy place at the moment made even crazier by Trump and Johnson, let’s hope that one five year reign is about to end very soon, for the sake of all even Trump supporters though they may not realise it.
  20. If the rumours are true and Ancelotti wants Immobile then we have to trust that he knows what he’s doing, we cannot be calling him the best manager we’ve had for years, then slag off the players he wants to sign before they get here
  21. Hamilton did slow down to try and protect his tyres straight after Botas blow out, not sure if that would have made any difference if he had just come straight in for a tyre change. Anyway Italian tyres are like Italian footballers, start off well but let you down at the end.
