    It's not really going to hit the likes of Arsenal when they've took foreigners from the age of say 16, so they'll count as home-grown after that 3 year training period. It doesn't really change a thing.

    I'd much rather he drop Hibbert and put Heitinga at right back and bring a midfielder in to replace Neville in the middle of the park. The game seemed far too fast for Heitinga in midfield, so it'd be better for him to bed in and get used to the pace of the Premiership at RB before making that move to midfield, if at all.
