One of his biggest challenges might be a mental one,  hopefully it won't stop him going into 50/50 challenges.

With you on this one, think Shaw just needs a run of games. Think Utd would rather sell than loan and Newcastle are sniffing round.

Sacking Korman was right, not having someone lined up to take over, is where we've gone wrong. West Ham, Leicester and it looks like West Brom, got a new manage with in a fortnight if not sooner.

No one has mentioned Roberto Mancini, I'd have him in a heartbeat, but maybe we've had one to many RM's

Luke Shaw from Utd, was doing well until he broke his leg, and has been unlucky with managers, think with a run of games he could get back to were he was. 

Can't see how this works for Unsworth, we give him the job till the end of the season then what, he'll have to get us into the top 8 at the very least for him to be given the job fulltime, and I can't see him doing that, he's just not ready yet. So at the end of the season will he just be ok to go back to the U23. If he's poor and sacked will he go back to the U23, he's in a no win situation for me, however the man a passionate Evertonian and will give everything for the club so he's got my backing.

Not for me, however would like someone in soon, so he can have a good look at the squad and see what he needs in January.

If it was up to me, I would say to him, I'm playing you for the next 6 games no matter what happens, go and make me keep you in the side for the 7th. This would take some of the pressure of him for the first few games.

We need to get a proven goalscorer with in the first week of the window opening , or Steve Walsh should be sacked aswell. He's had over 6 months to find a suitable replacement for Lukaku, so we should have one lined up to come straight in because the end of January maybe to late.
