Newcastle 1-2 Everton
Kean

Sidibe for me, excellent work rate, crisp passing and some great crosses, mentions for DCL, Holgate and Bernard who all had a good game. The only really poor player was Delph, lost count how many times he give an easy pass away.

Sidibe, but was surprised in how well Siggy played

We're fucked but we can only hope and pray Heavy defeat or a boring 0-0

Leicester 4-1 Everton
Iwobi

The key to stopping Liverpool is to stop their fullback getting forward, we need to make them think about defending. I'd go brave and match up with them 433 if we can, with the central forward playing more in the midfield when we don't have the ball, and tell our outside forwards not to bother tracking back, and hit direct balls into them when we get it, to expose them on their wings. We will need alot of luck and courage but I'd rather get beat 4-3 then sit back and wait for the inevitable last minute goal or a VAR penalty

Can't play Siggy in the midfield with the pace and the movement that Leicester have, he's to slow and doesn't read the game that well, he's always a yard away from making a tackle/interception.

Wouldn't read to much into that, hopefully just giving himself and the club time to find the right man. A heavy defeat in either the Leicester game or the derby and Silva is gone Knowing our luck he wins both games then loses the next five

I'd suggest that to finish top 6 every season we need to be doing anything but looking at the Mourinhos of this world. We need a hungry manager who gets the club, has the talent and leadership to impose a vision and the commitment to stick at it over several years.
Marco Silva then I know what you mean, we got Marco in because we hoped he would be that man, but he clearly isn't up to the task. Yesterday was horrible, I'm not one to call for a manager to be sacked, but to have your own fans singing "your getting sacked in the morning " is real bad and if he had any dignity he would have walked.

Davies just because he was the only one trying. I've seen many a worse game but not one with so little effort been put in by the players

Everton 2-1 Norwich
Digne

It will be the end February for me, if we're out of both cups and still nearer the bottom then the top of the league then he should go. He would have had enough time to get this team playing well and have stamped an identity on it.
-
Davies for me, lots of energy and always wanting to play it forward, even if it was just a 5-10 yard pass.

11 points is great considering there was a good chance we'd get nothing. Unbeaten in 5 now
