  1. My mental age is a little higher than yours. I don't feel the need to bookmark things. An opinion is good enough sometimes. Why do you need to create shit when a match is on??? I'm not responding to any more of your posts. Save everyone else the nonsense and immature posts.
  2. I looked at that stat and thought it was really impressive till I realised benteke missed a season, bale was sold, sturridge Sat on a bench at Chelsea, Michu got injured, berbatov was sold. It kinda placed Rom just above rickie lambert.... So all in all not a great one. Rooney isn't there though...
  3. Only Rom can score a goal like that. If he caught it clean the keeper would save it.
  4. Great reaction to his goal. His appetite in putting the ball in the net is there for all to see. I don't wanna pick on the lad but he is so frustrating. Fundamental football skills need brushing up. I think he will get a brace. Go on Rom.
  5. That's Rom all in one page of posts for you. Take from that what you will. He can score goals, he can also look a shite player.
  6. Fuck off with the haf will be happy bollocks. I never started watching Everton at the age of 8 to be proved right about things. It's about the team. He needs sorting out. No where near the player half hope he is.
  7. Males and females have different bodies! They don't have sportsman of the year, it would create outrage.
  8. My point being is there doesn't need to be a seperate gender award. Females get plenty of recognition in spoty with BBC.
  9. Rom is my project! He can become an extremely good centre forward and a constant 8/10 player. It's not going to happen if we just accept what he is now. Plenty of hard work and maybe he will become a top notch striker. Regarding McGeady he is a low risk signing but yes, he needs to pull his finger out. He's not doing it.
  10. Not really, it's just that you don't agree with me. That's fine. It's all about opinions. Rom can score goals no doubt, but his ability to play football needs to improve in order for him to be a true centre forward. That opinion will not change until he is able to minimise the impact man marking has on his goalscoring. At this moment he is reducing the number of real chances due to his inability to control and link up effectively.

I'm extremely lucky, my wife wakes up for Harry when cries, I seriously can't hear him!!!

If my memory serves me right you get stacks of clothes but not much in way of toys etc. Use vouchers for that, baby gym is a must as is a bouncer. Get a bottle maker, we have left it too late to get the benefit vs cost.
  13. Just seen Christine Ohruogu won sportswoman of the year in 2013, really can't wait to cast my vote for 2014, maybe the women's cricket team. Honestly, I'm clearly taking the piss. Really gets my goat. Complete piss take. You would think p.e was banned in schools for females or something. Maybe sports personality of the year isn't diverse enough. Let's throw a "black manager of the year award" in there. Interestingly enough seen Jason Roberts on fantasy football. He said he's too smart to go into football management or coaching. Can we take him out of the stats for the Rooney rule now? Otherwise in his punditry job he will be quoting such shite to argue why other black managers haven't joined the like of tigana, Houghton, Barnes, ince, gullit, Powell, rijkaard, to manage at the highest level. Bit of a rant there, all for diversity, just not for all the unnecessary nonsense.
  14. As goalscorers Rom is better, clearly. As footballers they are very very similar - remarkably so. Ultimately goals are the things that add ££££ to the value hencevRom being mega bucks.

Wowsers! A full Barnet! Mikel Arteta esque head of hair going on there. I myself have black hair, as do the majority of my family. My wife has blonde hair and her Dad is ginger. There was always the chance of Harry having a head of hair like Alan Ball... Fortunately it appears to be a shade of brown. Nothing against red hair but you need to be prepared for some stick as a kid. Have you got the Everton Babygrow?
  16. His summer dealings were a microcosm of his dealings at Everton much of the time. Identify the right player and miss out due to being overly picky. Fabregas was a deal that needed to be dealt with properly straight from the off. When he knew it was off he should have gone full out for Kroos who he identified and could have got instead of titting about. Fellaini and Baines and the circus created by moyes and his chief exec took too much time. He had an extra two months due to us being soft with him. Knew where he needed to strengthen and players he could have got and cost. He failed before a ball was kicked.
  17. I'm disappointed he never had a glamorous name, scored a shed load of goals in a crap league as a 16/17 year old. We could have got an extra £22m for him. He is a good impact player who lacks a proper 90 minutes. The balotelli chance wasn't a miss, a good save. Press love to slate him.
  18. Moyes is a great manager?... It appears Sam allardyce is at the moment as well. We know both statements aren't true. Moyes is a decent mid to lower premier league manager. He's perfect for someone like QPR, let's not get carried away. He had his "lets see what he can do with money" last year and stunk the league out. He is a consolidator and that is it. He will never be a contender because he lacks the bottle to try and win. The league is ideal for moyes as draws can mean survival or top half finishes. Spent many an hour going through his pros and cons.... Not going there again.
  19. I backed him.... He's making my player judgement look a tad shite. It's not down to ability, more application and confidence. I do think he is the type of player to hit form and make people sit up and take notice. Like Rom, his good performances and bad performances are either 9/10 or 5/10. No real 7/10 "Naismith" consistency.

I think being a parent makes it abundantly clear the people who don't matter in life. Things like work are a means to support your family, not a vehicle to exercise the ego. The biggest privilege is the responsibility to make a difference by raising a human being to be the best person they can be. I'm very lucky to have received that as a child and a man, it's my job to pass it on. Very deep subject.

Watching the birth of my Son through all the panic and stress of 21 hours for my wife and feeling totally helpless as I tried to encourage her through pain reinforced to me there is a God. To me it's the only explanation. An indescribable experience that totally leaves you without words or comprehension. It's a miraculous thing. Hope you are enjoying life as new Dad Matt.

McGeady has been in good positions to break, he's not doing much wrong, just needs a bit of luck.

McGeady is no way near as poor as made out. Barry shocking, too many long passes.

Clarke Carlisle just said we should use Lukaku as the striker to hit and build up play from.... Yard dog lower league centre half right there.
