    I would take almost anybody at the moment because we need the numbers, however I stil remember Cleverleys performance at Goodison when he played on the right for Wigan and he had Leighton Baines in his back pocket all night long so I know there is a very capable player in there somewhere

    Quite simple really, he has not been available because he has neen away playing in a little football tournament in Brazil and is now having a break with his family back in Belgium As you say though Im sure there will be plenty of teams after him once he returns

    I would call an 19 man squad very threadbare ( I've included Barry) especially seeing as though 8 of them are defenders That us nowhere near enough bodies to be going into a European campaign Plenty of time for Roberto to put it right but presently we have a wafer thin squad, What happens if Naismith gets injured while Kone is away at ACON?

    At the moment I would say top 10 would be a great achievement. A few decent signings could push us back into the running for a Europa League slot but I don't think we are anywhere nearer to the top 4 and aren't likely to be without some drastic changes off the pitc
