I live in new zealand and its had a little bit of publicity. I guess its just reinforced the idea that football is for "fags". Not what we really for football here when the oval ball game runs the country. Worst haka (if you can call it that) ive ever seen and for people that actually knw/have some background about the haka it makes us look like a joke.

Argh i wish you guys would wait til the end of this season to judge him. IMO he was exactly what we wanted last season and without him we would have finished 8-10th. You just wait when hes paird with arteta in the midfield again we will be class.

As im from New Zealand i find it hilarious how staruss can come out and say england are going to win it only for them to lose to holland in the first game. Although i shouldn't be supprised as england always does this in anysport. I can see a Aus, South Africa, NZ , India in the semis maybe Pak or Sri Lanka as dark horses. -

exactly what we need in new zealand. Theres some promising youth coming through atm which is good cuz the standard of players bar ryan nelson in the national team is very poor. Look out for chris wood in the confederations cup 17 year old striker whos at west brom and made a few sub apearances for them this year. People already comparing him to wynton rufer.

i thought baines was very average on his final delivery for the first 60odd mins he went foward but didnt look as confindent as he normally does a few times he wasted chances to put the ball in the box when we had a number of players in the area but insted he gave the ball away which put us underpressure for the counter attack. -
I thought when the youngsters came on we looked a better side than them towards the end.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS its 6am here in NZ but i don't feel tired at all. Lescott and Jags were class today but my motm has to go to phil neville what a great asset this guy is to the club if not to the world of football a true professional. They are tipping foster to be the next england keeper wel if he plays like he did tonight he won't be.
