  1. If he does get into double figures it'll be the first striker to do so for a long time. one was a penalty , or is it two. ???

Well spotted Mike, makes you think a bit does'nt it. still, as long as he does'nt turn every thread into an argument or a slanging match, he's doing no harm. IMO he's welcome to put his point across. No need to come on here in disguise, as long as the behaviour is OK.
  3. Cant make out who it is, looks like a Newcastle shirt, ?? Bet it made his eyes water tho... oooh ya f**ker. OUCH...................
  4. Think its a case of selling anything that can make money, cant survive on gates of of 5,000 a fortnight. BUT I AGREE ....IT SHOULD BE A BETTER CLASS OF TARGET. there again if he gets no more money, he may have to do a bit of "wheelin an dealin".
  5. Yeah you too Jon. Cheers.
  6. Was beginning to get withdrawal symptoms.....what happened..?
  7. Yes, we should go ahead and do it, and get in before they do theirs. Wherever it is going to be, make some moves now, and stop pussy footin about waiting for others.

    Fellow Blues

hiya mate........and yes a big improvement.
  9. ROWLO............."The basis of the clubs future lies with the children in Liverpool etc. Yet we rarely hear of the club offering the schools free or reduced tickets - especially when the corporate section is so low on attendance. Why not throw a party each game for a local primary school and let them sit in the lounge seats and watch the game - for some kids it would be like xmas come early and they WOULD NEVER forget it - i.e. when they grow up and starting earning their own money..." ................. Thats a very good idea, and a workable one. Have you thought of sending a similar, more detailed letter to the club, either Wyness or the Corporate people. ??
  10. Just read that QPR had to make a monthly payment of 500.000 to avoid going into aministration, which would have meant a ten point deduction, so some bargains might be had there. But is he any good, and do we really need another centre back, with ferrari kroldrop, yobo already on board. ???? Its Goalscorers who are more important additions to the squad.
  11. "that was Etuhio or however you spell it." .......... yeah that was him.
  12. YOU DONT ALTER PEOPLES QUOTES REG...... THATS NOT THE DONE THING. The quote was......... It pains me to say but I think LIVERPOOL might be Chelsea's nearest challengers next season.
  13. SHIT WHO. Was'nt he at preston with DM...??
  14. Beattie definately needs a bit of competition up front. ........... Or a bit of help.
  15. Thats no surprise is it...?? Five games in five months, its a bit better than pistone 3 games in five months, and a lot better than kroldrop zero games in five months. is it any wonder they wont give him any more money.
  16. Walter Smith just happens to be the only Everton manager ever, to balance the clubs books. In four cash strapped years at the helm, and the board selling off his best players to maintain survival, Walter could hold his head up high and say he never cost the club a penny. Indeed it is said in footballing circles that a manager of less experience might not have been able to keep them in the premiership. So i for one will not criticise walter, yes the times where similar football wise, and it was a long hard struggle for us, but he kept us in there, no thanks to the board, he had only been here 4 months and They sold Duncan without his knowledge .!!.. I would haved walked out there and then, but he stayed for 4 years with not a penny to spend, so as i said i wont criticise him for doing the Job. I dont think he ever got the credit he deserved.
  17. The annoying thing is that had we won our last two home games and got 6 points, as you would expect to, we would have been in the top ten and looking comfortable. That should have been the motivation for 2 good battling home wins, but 2 miserable performances have left us looking into the lower leagues, i cant make our Squad out, whats happening to make them roll over and be beaten by some really crap teams...........Its a mystery to me. I said earlier in the season that the players body language is shit, they look like a beaten team even before the game starts, i also said to prepare yourself for a spell in the lower league. Then i thought just after that, maybe i was being proved wrong cos they went through a spell of 4 wins in 6 matches but they are back to looking like a team thats doomed. I think somethings happened behind the scenes, cos all is not well. Tighten your seatbelts folks, I'm afraid its Hard times ahead for us. Before anybody gets on about doom and gloom again, I love this club to bits and will always support them, but i can see that somethings not right, and i'm a worried man.
  18. NOT SURPRISED, WOULD YOU GIVE HIM ANY MORE MONEY TO SPEND. They must have something in mind, Its either keeping any money they have for a new manager, OR, keeping faith with him but waiting to see if we maintain position in premier league. No point heaping more money on him if we end up in the Coca Cola league.
