How many yellows did Sterling deserve today? The referee was a joke, no consistency at all. Boss day for me thou regardless, definitely one of the better derbys. Tickets I'd won had me sat just infront of Bellew (who helped to tell a kopite to shut up celebrating), with Duffy, Anichebe, and Barkley behind him. Me mate met Kevin Campbell who went out of his way to talk to everyone in the reception. Seen Dave Hickson and Gerrard Houllier as well, but never got to speak to them.
  2. Was just about to ask whether 12 mins stoppage time (in the City game) is a record, however the commentator answered for me 12 mins 26 seconds. Vorm and Micah Richards being two of the the reasons for it.

He's got some experience in Greece, I've got a feeling he's going to run riot tomorrow . http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/oct/26/everton-kevin-mirallas-liverpool-derby?newsfeed=true "Belgian peppered with Molotov cocktails in Athens derby"

Rodgers has been moaning as well, he's worst than Sam Alladyce who used to cry in decisions every week. We've already suffered from Wigan using this tactic last month.

  11. So 14 games. Laughable to even convey them alone to make a point on Pienaar's overall impact at the club. I've already stated they should compare them to the post xmas stats the season before. Final point and then I'm not bothering with this thread for a while, the quality of chances created by Pienaar is far lower than from the others.
  12. Over 1 season or over his entire Everton career?
  13. We're better after xmas regardless, so the stats are skewed. Compare the 2nd half of the season with pienaar to the one previous. Already had this discussion, most agreed he is over rated before he left.
  14. Best thing to do first is to contact the club directly. https://eticketing.evertonfc.com/PagesPublic/Contact/ContactUs.aspx Ticket wise would depend on what experience you're after with prices ranging from £30-40 for standard seating or hospitality from £80-220. There are plenty of hotels to pick from but I'd advise you to book now as they will be busy over xmas. http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/HACSearch?geo=186337#02,1351109497454,rad:S0,sponsors:A Hard Day's Night may appeal to tourists as it is Beatles themed.
  15. The key factor being Baines, Pienaar benefits from the easiest job in football. Compare the 2nd half of the season he left to the one he came back, we played better without him and that was without also benefiting from 2 extra first team players to help. Every other derby we get a red. Who is the most likely in our team to be the victim? I'll give you a clue he's the dirtiest player in the team.
  16. Just to keep you happy, he is a huge lost best player ever!!!111!!1 O'wait, doesn't look like a huge lost at all, so take your wooden spoon and stir it else where. He had a good couple of months when he was after a new contract, but nowhere near enough to warrant the man love. He's a red card waiting to happen and chose to miss the derby. http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/steven-pienaar/bilanz-detail/spieler_4321_31.html
  17. Someone already called it when he retired (I can't be bothered sifting through the thread to find it), SA hope to entice Pienaar back. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20071609?
  18. I wouldn't have him in the middle for Neville as he gives the ball away too much. Behind the striker and a reshuffle would be interesting.
  19. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2222400/Joey-Barton-attacks-Gordon-Taylor-PFAs-racism-football-response.html If the 'Rooney Rule' comes in place, if that's not racist I don't know what is, I hope there is a break away. This football association is a joke.
  20. I liked Elementary, Johnny Lee Miller is great as a modern Holmes, one of the best new shows along with Vegas and Go On. I weren't impressed by Green Arrow. It feels like it's made by the same people as the new Charlie's Angels, too many ass pulls some scenes are like a bad cowboy movie were the baddies are static waiting for their turn to fight a bow and arrow with a gun.
  21. A kopite to 4thOfficial on the news Felli is fit. he's not that good just s handful and our defence hasn't been where it should be !! don't get me wrong hrs not technically gifted he uses his size very well I like him as a player but over rated hmmmmhes having a good season I'm not to sure whether he's more of a second striker mind you as he isn't great at keeping balllad

4thOfficial delivers the good news of Fellaini should be ready for the derby, and the bad news that Gibson won't. Howard Neville Jagielka Distin Baines Naismith Heitinga Osman Mirallas Felliani Jelavic Swap Osman, Mirallas, and Fellaini around to keep hold of the ball if we don't impose ourselves straight away. I don't like the thought of Coleman dealing with Suarez 1v1. Although if we were to experiment I wouldn't mind playing a similar 433 as Liverpool's but with Heitinga filling in at rb to cover Coleman going forward. --------------Howard Coleman Jags Distin Baines --------------Heitinga ---------Fellaini Osman Naismith-----Jela-------Mirallas
  23. I wouldn't say outraged, everyone knew he was a good player. The only qualms were with the price for someone of his age, and Everton going against their over 30 policy that had in part lost us Carsley the previous year.
  24. The stats are shocking, its how USA competes with China by using cons for cheap labour.
