  1. Only £12 mil for Rodwell and even less for Arteta
  2. I don't see how Neville will be able to fight for a place next season. Coleman will be touching 25 next season, and a team only needs 2 right-backs. If Coleman doesn't have enough to play right back then we should be looking to buy, not keeping Neville on for another year.
  3. He's got zonal vision and no where near enough talent for the amount of arrogance he displays being overly agressive trying to imitate Alonso, but Alonso has the ability to back it up. If the track was one car at a time, he'd be the best as he can find the lines and is usually not far from having the fastest lap. But thats not what racing is about, he's dangerous, and the only reason he over takes anyone is because if they dont move he'll go straight into them.
  4. Good player, only reason the other 2 have been called up is because the clubs they play for.
  5. They don't need Fellaini, they already have the best midfield in the league
  6. If we don't finish in the top 4, does anyone expect him to still be here next season? Because even before his super start I'd already accepted he'll be gone if we don't, if not definitely after the WC. Going to be horrible to see him leave
  7. http://www.grandoldt...aini-very-happy Marouane Fellaini has utilised his Official Facebook account to suppress rumours surrounding his future and has assured Everton fans that he is "very happy in Liverpool" Read more: http://www.grandoldteam.com/news/transfer-news/2012/sep/09/fellaini-very-happy#ixzz260RucwyC Fellaini: "Guys, I was very surpised to read in some newspapers that I will leave Everton very soon and perhaps next January. Let me remind you that I am very happy in Liverpool and our start of the championship was good. Kevin Mirallas and some other good players joined us to make a better squad in order to realize a good championship in the line of the end of the last one. So with Everton, I am ready to play all the season and to reach our goals of this season. However, my only concern for the moment is of course our (Red Devils) Tuesday´s game against Croatia. Whether you´re in Belgium or England, thank you from my heart for your support … Marouane" Source: https://www.facebook...ni/100567087766 Check the source they've used, and you find it is GiveMeFootball fan tribute page for Marouane Fellaini
  8. No worries . I'd seen your post further down, knew you where on the same page, just reading a different sentence.
  9. Non of the attacking Belgium players have stood out, and you believing Mertens and is tally of 1 goal sort of backs that up, he's the Belgium Pienaar huffs and puffs then gets praised when he's contributed no more than anyone else. Some great defenders, but too rigid. The players don't have much of an understanding between each other.
  10. Why would you want a dead person to be knighted? I think people should focus their enegy to something more worthwhile, like trainspotting.
  11. He could be a coach and also club captain, best of both worlds.
  12. I think what I've put, has completely gone over your head. The article finishes by stating it's in no way been misquoted because how clear the quotes are, but the quotes we are shown are in English. Also the article includes a contradiction in the time scales that Fellaini is willing to stay, which highlights to me he has been somewhat misquoted.
  13. Manchester United and Chelsea target Fellaini says he wants to leave Everton In quotes that will rock Everton and get cheque books flexing all around the Premier League, Marouane Fellaini has said that he wants to leave Everton and try new experiences soon. The midfielder was heavily linked with both Chelsea and Manchester United this summer. The Daily Star said in July that the Old Trafford club had a fight on their hands for the midfielder with Chelsea ready battle for a player they valued at around £20m. His performance against Sir Alex Ferguson's team at Goodison Park again heightened links and supporters were clamouring for a last ditch effort to sign him. By that stage both United and Chelsea had done the majority of their transfer window business and a move was unlikely. Today he's quoted by Belgian newspaper Nieuwsblad as saying "I begin now my fifth season at Everton, this will be one of my last. "I've seen everything. In January or at the end of the season I would look for another club or league." Those are very strong words from the big midfielder, a cult hero at Everton, and will certainly put him right into the spotlight. International breaks often bring out these things from players, luckily for David Moyes the transfer window is closed. Fellaini can hardly say he's been misquoted given how clear the quotes are. It's a sudden change from Fellaini and could biazrrely have been sparked by Everton's loan deal for Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe falling through. Fellaini said at the end of his comments regarding leaving "It's a pity incidentally that Vadis did not come to Everton." Prepare for a huge transfer saga.
  14. 'Fellaini can hardly say he's been misquoted given how clear the quotes are.' ... I'm sure he made his replies in English
  15. Rio Ferdinand posting something decent for a change. Edit: just noticed it's a parody account
  16. Apart from the use of the word cunt you'll be fine.. Only danger is if Darkwing Mirallas gives them a ring and tells them you like kids
  17. Why don't you become one? Get the an almost 9-5 job your after, and after one year with all your lesson plans done you're sorted for life or until the curriculum changes.
  18. I'm hoping for a dodgy pit stop. I'd love them to put Button's worn down tyres on Louis' car during the second pitt. Give him the fuck off he deserves :Evil Smiley:
  19. Not all, I'd say 7 in the last 2 years which is about half (Mertens probs played in 5 of them). Don't usually pay attention to individual players* but he stood out for being wasteful. *small screen so watch the general play only know what players what when I take notice of something they've done really well, or really shit at.
  20. Djokovic looked uncomfortable and moody in his last match and was there for the taking, but pulled off a few world class shots and Del Potro put his head down. I'm expecting a Murray win.
  21. In my case, the higher sets only suffered indirectly from the idiots, with some teachers taking our lessons as a time to relax before their next class that had the more difficult students in. Looking back on it and you realise a lot of teachers were winging it, and didn't fully understand the subject. I also found at University level it had the opposite problem, were the lecturers understood the subject but didn't know how to teach it.
  22. Everton were hoping to get a loan deal, which is ideally done on the last day as you have more weight in your favour fee and wages wise as the other club wants rid. Our loan deal(s) didn't come off so we tried to hi-jack Ofoe who I assume was on the Moyes' wanted list but further down and he was already in the country having a medical in Fulham.
  23. Most of them are younger than him so wouldn't of developed enough, yet have more caps and thats with a lot of games missed due to injuries. They'd be more worried fans if Fellaini, Witsel or Hazard got injured. Mertens being present in the last 2 years is probs why Belgium didn't qualify for the Euro's.
  24. Yes, but he didn't know it. Riquelme has just been made a free agent. Not much left in him fitness wise but has great positioning and can pick a pass, could fill in the Gibson role for a year. Although we would need Fellaini next to him to do the leg work/tackling.
