    Benfica (Home)

I cant wait for this game! I still have a spare ticket if anyone is interested in going, you would be sitting next to me and my friend in the lower gwladys, smack bang centre of the goal, Row EE best seat int he house!! I was in town on my dinner before and i seen some everton vs benfica scarves they were crap quality though as they were of the market stall, might walk into everton 2 tomorow and see if theres any of those scarves available to buy I know you can get them of everton direct but i fear they wouldnt deliver in time for the match, still waiting for my purple kit to be delivered!!! i pre ordered it weeks ago and home delivery network are messing me around big time, but less of that for now. 2-0 to us - Fellaini and Yak
  2. It only gets me down mate as it takes the shine of our pressure play or our defensive play, pushing up for every ball, making sure we press them well enough so they lose the ball which i thought we did well against villa, i think that made them disapointing, but i suppose each to there own.
  3. Yeah your right mate, very good view on things
  4. You know what gets me down when people say that... They were slightly disapointing because we actually played well and broke there attacks down, i was at the game, like i always am, and some comments made by people here are slightly wide of the mark, yeah it was a sloppy goal to give away, but i think over the whole 90 mins we played really well, obviously missed a creative player like pienaar who may have unlocked there defence for the likes of the yak, who i thought, again was brilliant, hardly lost the ball, as romey said held it up superbly. I thought that was heitingas best game in a blue shirt, wouldnt go as far as saying fellaini was awful, its probably been one of his better games, he won 90% of his headers, which he shoudl do obvoiusly, and he was plucking the ball out the air with good close control, and had 1 or 2 efforts of his own. I thought the defence apart from there goal, were really good, i never worried when villa were on the attack because it seemed we had some solidity back in our play. As someone else has stated we were playing a team, quoted as being a threat to the top 6 even 4 this year, and i thought we dealt with them quite well, what with being on a bit of rotten form of late, we seem to be going through the gears, lets hope we up it again this coming thursday, i cant wait for that game, i hope the crowds up for it like they were v Villa
  5. Home delivery Network fuked my order up so the kit i bought wont be coming until monday because they forgot to scan it in this morning at hdnl, the stupid ***** am so angry with them A simple job of scanning, and they cant even do that, i hope the person who fucked it up, gets bollocked for it, as i gave customer services a piece of my mind !
  6. my shorts and socks are coming today so ill have a look myself mate and reply back
  7. Sorry to go on, but, my 3rd kit came today, looks great, im veryyy happy, e box it comes in is really well presented, cant wait to wear it! Anyone elses came??
  8. i cant see pienaar being back to be honest
  9. Your right the kit looked amazing i thought
  10. If your in england a couple of days before the game, just sign up on evertons site and get your customer number, then go for a ticket, if your quick enough like the rest of us, you may just get a ticket, dunno if this applies for an overseas customer though, worth a shot mate
  11. I have a spare adult ticket if someone cannot get one, sitting in the lower gwladys.. If it gets close to the game and someone aint got a ticket let me know, as one of my mates pulled out of the game due to wroking away that wekk!
  12. Yeah we are officially top of the premierships injured table, theres an actual site for it haha We do need a positive result on saturday, and i hope we pull it off. I want to see raw aggression in our match this saturday, as you have stated we roll over far too easily, teams know if they show a bit of muscle they will boss the midfield, we need to show were not weak opposition, and at the moment any team facing us will be rubbing there hands, none more so than o'neills team. A perfect example yesterday of how easy it is to score past us, was spurs first goal, a corner that we had resulted half a minute later in them scoring a goal.; Villa are 1 of the best at doing this. I wil be there cheering them on as usual, lets hope we get a result, an maybe 1 or 2 players back!!
  13. im not going to vote as i only heard about 40 mins of radio comm through the whole match, so would be unfair of me to judge the game on that basis
  14. after reading jayc3's last comments then, then reading your first line carl, i drew the same conclusion. You say freak accident jay, but these accidents could happen due, to as people have stated, weak joints or some kind of strenious training regime that may weaken certain areas of the leg, i really dont know, i dont wanna get embroiled in this argument by the way, its just something i picked up when reading your comments just before
  15. theres nothing wrong with this site, i find it pretty easy to navigate
  16. Were defintely not on the tv. But i hope we get some kind of stream to view it, but ill only be watching to look at the kit. I couldnt care less about the result tonight

    Spurs (Away)

play all the kids, baxter, agard etc etc, rest as many of our senior players as we can, as thers not too many left, i hope we get knocked out tomorow, sounds mad but makes perfect sense
  18. http://www.evertonfc.com/news/archive/purple-shirt-at-spurs.html cant wait for my kit to come this friday!
  19. who the hell voted for felli!! im neutral with him, dnt h8 him and dnt love him hes just a everton player in my view, however, bar the goal, he was shocking, too slow, cant pass, he infuriated me sitting at the match yesterday My vote is Saha too and im 100% behind everything you have mentioned about the match in this thread and the bolton thread
  20. by the way were hammering are team here. Do you guys not realise the severity of our injury table haha, we could form a first team easily with our treatment room, so lay off them a bit. We need to get behind them, far too much negativity coming from people, just gets you down...
  21. Do you think gosling would have started if we would have had all our midfielders today?? Obviously not haha I totally disagree, saha had a really good game, hardly lost the ball, dropped back to recieve it on many occasions, he had a really good game, so i really have to disagree with baileys comments on sahas performance Beard im with you on this mate. I was at the game yesterday myself. And some of the comments left on here from people are totally wrong in every way. Fellaini was in one word, disgraceful, lost the ball all to often, really slow paced. Someone said it was neils fault for the 3rd goal, how was it his fault? He won the ball against davies, only for a lucky deflection back of davies into the path of klasnic. By the way i thought neill looked good today. Yes gosling should have done better with his run, but hes a young lad and shouldnt really be playing, only through injuries he is.
