  1. Seamus Coleman is BRILLIANT.
  2. yak is awful. bidwell has made a lot of dangerous plays. hibbert has been fair, but nothing to write home about.
  3. I know, but maybe no one will notice if we just play it cool.
  4. he deserves it. he's been shite. Moyes ought to bring on Jo for a half.
  5. yak has been the poorest player on the pitch IMO
  6. sign him up. i'd give him two more years with wages comparable to mikky.
  7. Would be nice if Lando would stay through May, but seeing as he made such a big deal about Becks extending his stay through the start of MLS he'd look like a huge dick. But if it works out, and I really think that it will, I'd love to see the board pursue him in the summer.
  8. You know, I didn't see the post before me that posted the whole squad...I probably should have known, but I guess the high dose painkillers I'm on are really taking effect.
  9. Everton starting XI to face BATE Borisov: Nash, Coleman, Duffy, Hibbert ©, Bidwell, Osman, Forshaw, Baxter, Rodwell, Yakubu, Agard.
  10. I wanna see a few players rested for this game: Pienaar, Saha and Rodwell. ---------Howard------------ Coleman Hibbo Duffy Baines ----Bily Felli Ossie------- ---------Cahill------------ --------Jo--Yak------------ I don't really care to see too many youngsters play this one as I think that confidence breeds more confidence and a strong performance at home against decent opposition will put our best in a good place to perform against a strong Birmingham on Saturday.
  11. I think all 9 points are possible but, realistically I'm hoping for 7 points from these next 3 games. Especially if Ossie is back and can offer some more options in the midfield. for the season I think 8th or 9th is realistic. 7th would be a stretch but also a very respectable finish. As long as we're in the top half with a decent run in the Europa and FA Cup, I'll be more than content.
  12. Lescott leaving was far more understandable, and forgivable. His paycheck was his only allegiance to Everton. Rooney leaving was and is far more disappointing and unforgivable. But, I suppose those are just my thoughts.
  13. Rooney/Lescott? Those aren't interchangeable. Lescott had no association with the club other than his years here. Rooney was a blue from birth. I hope Rodders sticks around for a good long while.
  14. thought about it a little more...i'm actually pretty content not seeing any other everton kits around. if only for the reason that once douchebag frat boys started wearing everton kits I'd have to figure out a way to prove that i actually knew everton existed before donovan...maybe i don't want him here?
  15. it would be kinda nice to see some everton kits around. I'm sick as hell of seeing Manure, Gooner and Chelski shirts and nothing else.
  16. Donovan has a lot more pace than Beckham ever did. If Donovan plays with the intensity he does for the US team, he'll be a wonderful addition to the midfield.
  17. again, would love to see him. he would definitely offer a some pace on the wings
  18. would love to see see landon here. would be nice to see him get a shot in the prem.
  19. sorry i'm a bit tired and apparently forgot what i was writing half way through the post. It should have read: Howard Coleman Heits Yobo Baines Felli Bily Rodwell Pienaar Ossie Saha/Jo I guess that's what happens when all you've done that past 48 hrs is drink and study econometrics.
