I assumed Felli in the interview. I know the media have touted this release figure of 23m from a CL club but Im not sure. I know its silly, but I actually checked in FM2013 when the rumour 1st started, to see if some lazy journo had just picked that as a source, but its not there. Then I started looking into the details of the other contracts in the game, and there is so much detail in there. It has the payments planned from the Rodwell move for example. Im well aware that its probably not correct in most cases but i did make me wonder.

the training is only as good as the player. If the player forgets/doesn't understand/can't be arsed, tactics have no chance. Martinez et al could shout a million perfect instructions but its down to the player to carry them out. I know what you mean but I think the faults of defense have less to do with tactics....

could be argued that the crap positioning is down to crap players rather than tactics....

Rodwell was / is constantly injured so 10m was a good fee in my opinion Arteta was a steal for Arsenal, but also saved us a massive chunk off the wage bill and considering he hadnt played well for a quite a while at the time (mostly because he was being played in Fellis CDM position it seemed, and vice versa) 10m was probably about right.
