  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jg5HsG7AN1Y this is funny, turn your sound up
  2. Neville over Hibbo for me, Hibbo is the weak link in defence...he needs replacing...but if we are to snap up Fernandes and have Cars sign a new contract Im more than happy for Neville to be full time right back
  3. is it on TV, be good to see?
  4. if im honest, Tottenham have a much better team than us at the moment, they are strong in every position and have a good squad to back it up. We are on the right lines, buying young only to improve etc but we do have a couple of major weak points IE right back, left back (presuming LeScott moves back to centre) and left wing. Spurs had one weak position (left back) but have just gotten Rocha in to fill it. They ahve been spending consistenly and well for 3/4 years now, we need to do that too
  5. I hope not, he hasnt stood out for me, in fact when I watched Villa I thought he seemed as annoying as G Neville without the skill!
  6. i would nt mind taking a punt on Kris Boyd if the above is true. I see Sibieski has rejected a new contact at Nooocastle, can see him coming to us, didnt we try to get him last year? I remember Moyes saying he is an admirer, would make a good squad player for free, can replace Beats as the big man and we can make some cash
  7. is all very well banning smoking and yes your clothes wont stink of smoke anymore, but I was in Dublin last weekend (where the ban has been in place for a year or more) and walking into the 1st pub thing that hit me was the stench of BO and beer. put me right off my guinesss...give me smoke anyday
  8. I have a Peugeot 307 (hard top)and am generally happy with it as a whole, only thing that bugs me is the auto transmission having a mind of its own but if u get manual that solves that one.If only my g/f could drive manual I could get one aswell. I too was priced out of a new shape astra, lovely as they are.
  9. seems yobocop has a bout of food poisoning and is doubtful for the game...what a shame that would be for the guy to get so close to the record...only to be undone by a dodgy kebab at the last hurdle!

    Chelsea

Am I right in thinking that if Chelsea avoid defeat they will eaqual Liverpools all time record of games undefeated at home, 63 is it? These sort of records have a habit of being fucked up at the last minute...and for that theroy alone Im going for a 1-0 victory to us. Plus Im going to this game and I havent seen us win yet this season so give us a win boys
  11. join ESCLA (Everton Supporters Club London Area). £15 a year membership, can get tickets for any game. http://www.escla.org.uk/
  12. yep well done. It was Ian Walkers shirt and (Ian) Walkers staduim
  13. In 2004 a Premier League player and then current England International played numerous games for his team. He had his name written not only on the back of his shirt, but also the front of his shirt and on the side of the stadium. Who was he?
  14. http://www.shop.evertonfc.com/content/shop...PRODCODE=708302 this link shows a much better view, is quite nice I think does anyone know, is Chang confirmed as sponsor for next season as there were rumours they might change, dont want to but the shirt and they change the sponsor before the season starts

    West Ham (new)

well said licker. AJ has been a major hit since he joined, his game is not just about goals, its about the team aswell, his running opens door for others. For £8.5m...lets compare, BT £6m, Kuyt £10m, Bellend £6m, Shevy £30m, I think we got v good value for money. I went to the game on Saturday and on the tube on the way back 2 west ham fans were chatting and one said 'im suprised, everton didnt offer much, thank fuck Johnson went off injured when he did, hes dangerous him, hate to think what would have happened if he had stayed on'
  16. Id be happy with just Fernandes (or Barton) and Nugent with only Beattie and Wright leaving. We need to keep hold of most as we have a small squad and Europe to contend with I hope. Plus...dont sell Ossie, hes quality, might not be on form at the moment but class is permamnent, it was only 3 months since Dm talked up his England chances
  17. you missed out! How about the Paul Merson last minute wonder goal a few seasons ago? Villa really have given us a few bad memories come to think of it
  18. no disrespect but to do well in the Norwegian league doent mean he will do well in England, if Stephen Iverson took his place in the team he doesnt sound up to it in my opinion.
  19. you mean you didnt enjoy the 6-2 thrashing and the David Platt hatrick!?!? Or in my case, the abuse I got at school the next day
  20. I thought that was only if he is over 24 years old? If under 24 the team taking him would have to pay a fee but Im not sure who decides how much.

  23. I hope for QPR to win as I go and see them once in a while as my mate is a fan, a depressed one mostly. I like to watch Arsenal as they play some good stuff
  24. Nice to see we show a bit of class. The same is generally true in real life, the poor give generously to charity and the rich dont want to know. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/topstories/tm...-name_page.html 'MEAN TEAMS' By Don Mackay 26/03/2007 More Top Stories Have your say: Top Stories forum TOP football clubs run by the rich are misers when donating cash to charity, a report claimed yesterday. Liverpool and Chelsea finished bottom of a league table for the amount given to charities as a percentage of turnover for each club. Roman Abramovich's Chelsea gave just £7,000 last year to good causes, while Liverpool, run by US billionaires, gave no cash at all. Top donors to charity are Spurs, Middlesbrough, and Everton, says the study by intelligentgiving.com. Mid-table Man Utd gave £62,843. Everton spokesman Ian Ross, said: "A club is about more than football. It's about give and take with the community. We live up to the name our manager David Moyes gave us - the People's Club." But Chelsea said: "Last season we raised £4.5million for good causes. To suggest otherwise is misinformed and misleading." The Premier League said the report ignored clubs' charity trusts
