  1. Don't blame him - this performance is making me sick
  2. hahahahahhahahhahahah, They can all fuck off
  3. Looking forward to this. Not sure who I hate more, Allardyce or this crop of players
  4. Agreed - It's not going to be easy though with that current crop of talent. The squad he has to work with will be tough to meet the expectations of the Dutch fans - they are in need of another golden generation. Hope he does well though - think he's a good manager, but clearly lost the plot and bought a lot of players without a plan while simultaneously losing his top striker and being gifted a horrid first 5 fixtures
  5. Could be named the next Netherlands manager per reports
  6. That's the most Italian thing I've ever heard
  7. Because he hasn't put in a good shift in for us hardly all season.
  8. Realistically could have only let one of Jags or Williams go - I don't think it's smart to let any central mids go given Besic's loan and McCarthy's injury, though God Davies could do with some time away on loan. Can't let Niasse go, so realistically I see why Sam wasn't going to let any of them go.
  9. Or manages against in the Championship when Allardyce takes us down
  10. Good. He needs to prove himself as a first team manager somehwere.
  11. It would appear our manager will play anyone with PL experience above all else - if his nan had more PL time than Cavani, he'd probably put her on instead of Cavani.
  12. At 31 points, we should largely be clear of relegation barring us having one of the worst runs in history for the remainder of the season.
  13. We need to get 7th. Some way, somehow, even if it's not as great of a 7th as last season, I think there's some pride in being the best of the rest, plus it puts us in a better position for player recruitment in the summer. Leicester could have some negative momentum given this Mahrez saga and Burnley don't look the team they were in the first half of the year.
  14. To be fair, I think the Bundesliga is probably the best league to get near PL experience as any in Europe. I mean, you could argue that's the best league in the world and he's joining a club that plays in Europe
  15. If he gets into that team, then we'll damn well know he's good enough to be our starting winger across from Walcott next year. I'm assuming he's captied for the Europa League and can't play against Napoli for them?
  16. I don't rate his chances of kicking on here. I think he's a technically gifted attacking player, but he needs others to do all the dirty work for him and give him the ball in space, something that won't happen as often here in the PL as it did in Eredivisie. He's also clearly behind Rooney and Sigurdsson in the pecking order. Finally, playing alongside Gana or Davies, who have been at best headless chickens, and Schneiderlin, who is now contractually prohibited from passing the ball forward, hasn't helped.
  17. I actually like this more as well, but the entire club is completely reliant upon hiring the right manager and that manager staying for an elongated period of time - in this day and age, football manager turnover is super high while DoF's stay a bit longer. You can't put the manager in charge of managing 200-300m pounds of assets (players) if you are going to hire and fire them every other month.
  18. "The management" - think that would include Moshiri, Kenwright, Elstone, etc.
  19. His first 18 months have not been brilliant, but that doesn't mean we need to burn the house down. The blame lies on Koeman, the players, Walsh, and the management for not having a more coherent management structure and assignment of responsibilities. You people are going to call for a different person's head each month over the next several months until our form improves when you will all declare us European contenders and a threat to the big six again.
