Why tho? I hate to bring it up but Moyes teams won more games in the last 10 minutes than we've lost in the last 10 under Martinez! It's a game of 90+ minutes the players are paid 50+ thousand a week surely they can be fit enough and train hard enough to see the game thru!!

 

Then again depending on how hard they are being pushed in training..........

I don't get this whole fitness thing.

They don't look unfit to me at all. Look at the semi final, we were by far the more lively and fitter team in the second half.

In fact most matches I watch sees us come to life with 15 minutes to go when we are 2-0 down.

Read through the match threads and see how comments are written along the lines of...well it's too late to make an effort now!

It's motivation for me.

The players aren't motivated enough.

Watch the body language of Jags, Baines and Robles....they look at thier own players with disbelief at times.

Manager is No1 to blame...along with the pussy whipped players that need a cuddle and telling how great they are to be arsed.

Lets not forget Kone was playing very well at the start of the season. I like Mirallas, but I think the idea of how good he can be has begun to outweigh his actual contribution on the pitch. I'm hoping a new manager can either sell him for good money or get some consistency out of him.

He can be amazing in small spells. But he can be dismal for bigger spells.

Used to be my favourite player, now I'm just not sure I can trust him.

A new manager might get through to him.

If that's how our board rhink then we should probably stage a protest and get Moshiri out.

If he is going to watch our last two matches and then make a decision then we need to get him out.

I believe the people that run the club care a lot. That's not the problem.

I don't think for one minute that Martinez is happy with the situation, or that he doesn't care.

I just don't believe he is capable of what we want at Everton.

I also believe that Kenright loves the club. He also has limitations.

If football was simple we would have twenty perfectly match teams and clubs.

Martinez believes in his philosophy and I respect that. I just don't belive he can make it work at our club.

I think his ideals are right, but his realism is flawed.

Did you know, Niasse actually never won Russia footballer of the year but it was a poll by fans as to an alternative to the actual winners of the official award?
