Sorry just a bit wound up over the whole player versus club thing.

I was responding to the Lukaku is better than Everton comment.

I do believe that all players and club officials should stand together though, they should win, lose, draw together.

A goal scored is important but so is not conceding. He didn't get us through the semi single handedly, it was a team effort.

Same as his goals haven't been enough to get us into the champions league....is that his fault? No of course not it's the whole teams.

Is a clean sheet down to Lukaku? Yes...it is. Again it's a team thing.

Because I am a fan and a player. I captained my side and took responsibility for my team. I came on as sub and still shared that responsibility....that's what the word Team stands for!

Funnily enough, I now work as a production leader and take responsibility for my job.

As a professional football player that gets paid a fortune for his job I would expect them to have some loyalty to that club.

Guess we're just cut from a different cloth.

Can't wait to see him in the team again if I'm honest. So exciting to watch.

I want him to stay, I want him to shut up and stand with his teammates. I want him to take an equal part of responsibility for our position. I want to see him fight for us!

But if he wants to go, then let him. We are much more important as a club to me.

Don't agree with a lot of the Lukaku criticism but saying he is better than Everton is ridiculous.

No player has even been or ever will be better than thier club.

We have been around for longer than his grandparents and will be here long after his grandkids have gone. We have won more trophy than he will ever win. We have a history that is rich and great.

We have more fans than Lukaku.

We are Everton.

I would much rather see the keeper play percentages and make an effort.

If he gives away a penalty then it's another chance to save the shot.

I don't think Robles was at fault for either goal. If our players made a tackle both goals could have been avoided much earlier in the play. On both occasions

 

Besic pulled out of chances to stop Arsenal and didn't. Aside from that, two very good finishes.
