  1.

Are you sure? I didn't log in here for about 3 weeks after I posted the thread, and only seen your PM then. Why is why I didn't ask. Not that I would have anyway.

Also, the fact you can read my "drivel" on there doesn't show you aren't banned, just that you created a new account.

You Toffees have one in a million here. This guy's a clown.

to be honest mate well be behind him anytime of the day. I think you should just leave it.

Its an Everton site and you should be a bit more polite. PMs should be kept as PMs and not brought up in conversations.

  2. Im not a fan of Carrick...you may have noticed.

My reasons are he reminds me so much of Dave Batty! he looks good on the ball but when he does lose the ball or gets caught in posession it always seems to be in his own half of the field.

I have even turned Man U friends of him by telling them to count how many times he gives it away in his own half while playing for England. try it you may be suprised.

I am not saying he is not effective but i do believe that he is Fergies bane, the mistake he will just never admit too.

    Again just my opinion :)

In answer to the title though. Yes of course Felli is good enough for that pile of shit!

  3. If people dont agree he is a club legend they should at least acknowledge his honesty and support for a club that gave him a chance.

I still think he was a much better footballer than people gave him credit for. Who knows, with a better team around him he maybe could have achieved a great deal more.

Still rate his turn on the edge of the area against Man U his best.

  4. If they come in at the last minute they will need to pay a lot of money for him. Im ok with that if we get top dollar, say 30m. If not then we dont need to sell him so they can **** off!

I know that would give us no time to replace him but i am confident we could survive until January without him. We have had spells without him before and actually had great results. What would huirt us is if Gibbo got injured as well, which to be honest is a real worry...hes looking tired pre-season.

If we could keep a defensive mid fit then we do have options in attaching mid, Pienaar, Barkley Mirallas could all fill the role.

Defensive we have Hiets at a push too.

  5. Been trying to say this all pre-season.

I know he hasnt been the best from the start but i do think that he could be effective for us. Not a first team player but not a bad squad player to have either.

and the guy seems to be able to shoot, has a half decent touch when hes confident and his best attribute seems to be getting into the right position.

He had a shout at Mirralas for that pass that never got to him against Madrid, and so he should...that was a simple easy pass that was completely messed up, one that would have put Naismith one on one with the keeper. Dont forget these are proffesionals at the top end of the sport. What i liked was that he had his say and then got on with the game, something a lot of players find it hard to do.

Lets give him a go this season. Come of the bench when we need that something different against the more physical teams when we need energy and guile more than technical ability.

  6. Not a bad half from Everton. We need to learn lessons from this. Holding to high a line.

Attacking wise it's a mixture of bad luck and bad final balls, though there was nothing wrong with Distins goal and we hit the post and should have had a penalty.

    Heits needs to come off.

Kone better do something soon or he needs to come off too.

I would bring on gibbo for heits and Barkley for ossie.

  7. We're playing well for two nil down. Need to learn how to deal with breaks.

Coleman looking or best player again.

And excuse me for saying again but Naisy is again looking one of our better players.

    Kone looking quiet again.

  8. I didn't think Jags passing was that bad to be honest. Can't remember him giving it away much. Distin looked unusually flustered though.

Fellaini looked calm and in control for me. I thought he struggled more in the second half due to Juve closing him down fast and hard. They are a physical team.

Though he didn't do anything of any real note.

Stones was brilliant for his age, or any age.

Mirallas was a ghost in the first half but came alive second half and showed what a threat he can be.

Ossie...poor Ossie. Gave the goal away then missed his pen. Head up mate.

Gibbo had a quiet game and looked tired second half.

Anichebe was a handful and again proved he can be a real menace to defenders.

Baines and Pienaar were their same old energy and movement. Pienaar gave away a few passes but seemed to be everywhere we did something good.

Coleman again impressive. He seems to be getting better every game.
