jofanon
Thought this was a funny quote from the Moyesiah! “I knew he had a good record in the Premier League and I thought that if he could come here and add that to us, he would improve us. “When you consider he is 24, albeit a Nigerian 24, so if that is right he has got a good few years ahead of him.” Wonder how old he is? Looks a lot older than 24! There are more complete forwards in the league but I can't think of many better pure finishers than Yak. Can you? Louis
Portsmouth had his bones tested when he signed for them a few years, his age is proven to correct thereabouts. Samuel Eto is 2 years older than he says he is however, he was rumbled in his autobiography by saying he met a famous player after a african cup qualifying game when he was ten, if he was born when he said he was, he would have been eight. Romey 1878
hes not doin too bad for an uninterested lazy bastard is he?anybody think he'll hit his target of 22 goals this season? You would think so seeing as he's on 15 now and he's missed a few games for one reason or another. How good would it be for us to have a striker to break the 20 goal barrier? StevO
i know, it about time. i read before hes one goal past kanchelskis' record of 16, i think he can bag another 7 goals with 12 league games to go, and potentially 7 more UEFA games. 7 in 19 would be more than reachable, ot could ha blow us away and go and grab 30? Romey 1878
Maybe not this season but I wouldn't be too surprised if he did it at some point for us, or at least got very close.
EFCfanatic
30 is unrealistic at the moment!!! 22 is certainly reachable though. Its great to have a proper goalscorer like him. Great touch, composure, finish everything.
graham1248
i'll go for 30 on his form at the minute hoping :king:
