Be odd to appoint someone and then bugger off. But I hope this leads to his contract signing and at least 5 more years of good solid progress! A bit of stability so that new players are not bought and not part of new managements plans. I honestly don't think Moyes will sign until a "big name" player is signed - or budget is known. Its no change from previous years really, and we have tried to sign at least one player (Ramsey), we should all just stop paying attention to transfer rumours until August becasue nothing but unfounded speculation will surround the club until then.
