P2P Sharing?

If you don't want to pay then LimeWire or Bearshare (http://www.bearshare.com/) are OK. Used both in the past and preferred BS. Lots of adware though.

If you don't mind paying and are a law abiding citizen then I'd use iTunes http://www.apple.com/downloads/. I use it as default player and buy stuff occasionally....much prefer it to Windows Media or RealPlayer.

What music are you looking for Bill btw?

Not sure how that Bit Torrent thing works, i'm frightened of it.

Anything simple that i can download and just search for tracks or artists. ??

download music with google

or subscribe to http://www.warez-bb.org/

with those 2 you can download music withouth even dowloading a program.

Soulseek and torrents are useful to; i would look out with bearshare, had some problems with that in the past.

Yeah Mike, while i was searching for all the tracks on it i came across the CD, i suppose its easy enough to get hold of, so i might just spend a tenner buying it. ;)

Thanks to everybody for all the replies, i tried Bearshare and it wouldnt burn onto a cd, then i lost the tracks. And now i cant get rid of that stupid toolbar.

I also tried Imesh but the tracks i downloaded werent the tracks they said they were, some were by other artists, and some were Karaoke type with no singer at all. :o Wasted my time.

Any more worth trying for. ??

You can use filestube.com for albums too, just change the search option to zip or rar. But if you download a rar file you'll have to get a program that converts it to a zip, but it only takes a few seconds. I rarely use the P2P programs like Limewire now coz of filestube.

Or you could use WinRAR which opens every compressed file type including RAR's and Zips :P
