Just a thought, maybe this could solve our problem?

Today we were as inconsistent as ever. There is usually a "turning point" in our season towards the second half. I keep thinking in my head "the turning point will be soon, dont worry", but it just dosnt seem to be happening.

I know people are going to tell me that what I am about to mention is a big risk and could drop us vital points but I think Moyes should b**ll*ck the first team for underperforming and threaten there places, chuck out a team that is half youth, give a couple of players their starting debut. Its drastic, but our squad is lacking motivation and determination - and that youthful fight that you can only find in young, coming up players might just help us get back on track.

That's exactly what I and the rest of the people on ToffeeTalk have been saying for months. We would gain a lot more points by playing the likes of Barkley, Duffy, Vellios and the other young guns rather than the shite we have playing week in and week out such as Saha, Cahill and Neville. The players at the top seem to be too comforatble in their positions and it's hurting the club. Louis Saha knows full well that he is going to get a game each week whether he performs or not and it means that the fans and the clubs position suffer.

We will not make any progress unless we start dropping some of our so called superstars.
