nogs
I'd love to see us play likeSpurs. So would I. I think Koeman would too. And Elston - it really is unfair to pick out Barkley for slowing us down. The whole team does it.
markjazzbassist
I'd love to see us play likeSpurs. Then we should have hired Marcelo Biesla the father of that style. Potch played for him and cited him as his biggest influence. Biesla is one of my favorite managers. Elston Gunnn
And Elston - it really is unfair to pick out Barkley for slowing us down. The whole team does it. Ok, fair point about my focus on Barkley. Maybe I just notice his slow-down play because he's something like a "false 10," with a significant amount of our forward play going through him. So if the whole team does it, then that suggests Koeman just doesn't have a squad consistently (or even intermittently?) capable of fluid movement going forward with the ball. Again, your word - "laboured" - seems spot on to me. Not a good look these last 3 matches. Painful.
Makis
Then we should have hired Marcelo Biesla the father of that style. Potch played for him and cited him as his biggest influence. Biesla is one of my favorite managers. Bielsa is trouble everywhere he goes. He doesn't stick around long. And let's not forget Pochettino has had time to mould Spurs.
