c1982 Posted January 1 Report Share Posted January 1 We need a young centre mid ready to step in but very much squad for now but we also need a more experienced Brownhill/ Harrison Reed (names mentioned and realistic) type who can do a job straight away. Having Doucoure AND Gueye out has stretched us too far. Gomes’ return is encouraging but we’re still short in central midfield - the Wolves game is the stand-out but not being able to make the changes in Fulham, Spurs and Man C game resulted in defeats.
