babbelquack
If we dont get rid of Richard Wright you might get him on loan until January window. That'll do for me. What are you all doing tonight by the way, reading some poetry? a bit of painting? nothing much on TV

Mac
Turner for another season, I would like to see it on a month to month basis, good experience at a decent sized club, can only benefit us in the long run. Or you could take Teflon in exchange. ATB Mac

Hopefully if this result stays the same it will get Ollie fired up and the green army go out on Saturday and beat Le*ds (I'm down on my knees praying) Edited April 3, 2007 by The Wednesday

babbelquack
QPRs are in the shit too are'nt they ??? Certainly are. I think it will be Luton, Southend & The Dingles that go down, but I'd swap Le*ds for The Dingles anyday. It's all to do with Le*ds reaching the CL semi's and us being sh*t (a bit like the last 300 years then) and gloating Le*ds fans ramming it down my throat. WHERE ARE YOU NOW AY!!!!!!! MikeO
I think it will be Luton, Southend & The Dingles that go down Amazing how Luton have fallen apart...they had 22 points from thirteen games when they came to Goodison in the Carling Cup last October....they've picked up fifteen points from twenty-seven games since . babbelquack
Afternoon, Good result last night, looking good for Europe. I've heard that Wright was injured last night and Moyes is considering recalling Turner. Anybody shed any light on this?
Bill
Not heard anything, he never plays so wont get injured, unless he falls out of his loft at home, or falls over a sign during the warm up. both of which he has done.
StevO
it was in the warm up, jarred his knee somehow. muppet!
MikeO
Did you see the goal he conceded for the reserves against Newcastle? Hopeless. Came for a cross and got nowhere near...if he'd had stayed on his line it wouldn't have been a problem. Ghastly error...why he's still first choice for the bench is beyond me. babbelquack
Turner's had a good game today in our win @ Cardiff. With the form he is showing I can't see us getting him next season even on a loan, never mind it's been good while it lasted. At least we look like we have the Sheffield derby to look forward to next season. StevO
glad hes doing a good job for you guys. id still quite happily give him all of next season there, id be happy for ruddy to keep our bench warm for a year
thebluenose
with wright out and howard unable to face united. do you think moyes will stick with ruddy or will he recall turner (my preferred option)

thebluenose
im certain that until the end of the season howard is still a united player. the contract doesnt start until may when the season ends.

MikeO
From the official site...Feb 17th.. Howard is now an Everton player, with the contract signed this week replacing the season-long loan deal agreed with Manchester United last summer. Surely Manure can have no control over which of our players play against them?! Can't believe the club would allow a clause to that effect being included in the contract!
