  1. thats the closest ive come to a nomination so nice one iggy. (i'll return the favour one day as i still owe you one from the cup semi final ticket) young player - fellaini - when we was pushed a little further back we saw what he can be capable of for years to come. oh, and for banging Rooneys cousin. most improved player - baines - was always a good player, but found consistency like no other this season, really upped his game and hopefully rewarded with a world cup place. mod/admin: mike - im not gunna blow your trumpet mike :gay: poster: craccerc - for his untouchable "owning" skillz thread: Johnny Man Love - the biggest gay orgy TT has ever seen
  2. heard at the weekend from a friend of jacks family; jack is happy at everton and loves his relationship with all the players and staff. but since jack bought his dad a house his dads attitude has changed and is starting to talk more about money and having to take any offer into consideration.
  3. we need a top class striker, someone who can get 20 league goals. would be expensive, but darren bent has been awesome this season for sunderland. and someone who can play wide, donovan would fit the bill perfect.
  4. didnt ireland say both his grannies had died, but really his missus had a miscarriage? probably not a good for his state of mind at the time. in footballing term, a very good player, would love to have him here.
  5. keep them both on, but give them both a two year loan deal at motherwell. then if they make the grade keep them or sell them for a profit.
  6. cant believe talk of selling ossie. im not his biggest fan, only due to knowing on his day he can be the best player on the pitch, but not often enough. mike gave the facts - 30 plus games a season in our most successful period in 20 years. been a great player for the club, done himself and the club a great service. no complaints.
  7. jesus, hes a kid, give him a break! what an idiot!
  8. £6m they paid, bargain! his wiki page shows a lot about his character too.
  9. Job done! the telegraph article puts it right for me
  10. if we could afford and get him, lee catermole, or jamie o'hara. both great young talents. leave lucas at motherwell for another year or two on loan, and ruddy. doing them both good, might as well keep them settled and improving. we need pace, if donovan goes he will need to be replaced by someone fast, very very fast! whos the guy we wanted from inter? a left back, nicky shorey would do for cover. if a good striker is available, get one. vic and vaughan could both do with a loan in the championship if we could get one more senior/proven striker in.
  11. i didnt want to lower myself, but you are a prick! li tie and li weifeng came here for the whole change thing, and li tie was a decent player, we lost nothing on them both. beattie, as stated, was our top scorer then was replaced, the same with johnson. vdm, fair enough. davies, wasnt terrible and was moved on for decent money. arnoux, hes a young guy from the states, hes only been here 9 months, that cant be a failure yet you fool. jo, first time he was decent and was worth a punt for the second, besides, only a loan. castillo, only a loan to cover the squad, job done. gardner, only a loan to cover the squad, job done. da silva, cost bugger all, lost only his wages. spencer, a kid who was highly rated, cost little. worth a try. bosnar, cost little, lost only wages. kilbane, bargain, cost us little, gave us a few good years, a credit to himself. not the best player but got on with the job. kroldrup, fair cop, but we got the money back. plessis and rodrigo, cost little, lost only wages. jeffers, loan, worth a go. mcfadden, was a good player in his time here, made a nice profit. you say thats quite a lot of shit in short time, ha read your posts! thats an aweful lot of shit in a short time!
  12. looking back at the replays i dont think he would have been sent of if it wasnt for the injury.
  13. its very difficult to see at high speeds. hope it doesnt finish his career before i starts
  14. michael johnson is twice the player rodwell is, he really needs to put the fork down!
  15. im just being picky now, but everyone keeps saying we are in recession. the government confirmed a couple of weeks back that we are out of recession now. just making a note of that. in regard to the story, sounds a great idea. im still pissed off that the everton collection has no plans to display in a museum. the biggest collection of items about the history of all of footbal, let alone just everton and little bits get put on display piece by piece, when many smaller clubs have museums!
  16. i was gunna give it to Heitinga for keeping Rooney quiet, but wanted to go more positive. Donovan got my vote for just causing them so many problems. im not an osman fan but for the second time this week he was excellent. also a special vote for Billys left foot.
  17. who is surprised by this? i'm just surprised it took him so long to start talking shite!
  18. as he sees all of his players each day, i'll trust moyes decision to play him. hes still very influential to our team, on and off the pitch.
  19. Heitinga, Felli was running the show. we will miss him.
  20. I agredd 100%, and i think Moyes will think the same thing. If he isnt good enough, move him on at a profit.
  21. for a player of his pedigree in the premier league, 60k is more than reeasonable. he is one of the best strikers in the prem when given the service other top strikers are getting. he is earning half what drogba torres anelka rooney berbatov are getting, he is deffinately better than one of them.
  22. the oldest TT phrase - agree to disagree. if this thread is stopping you moving on, stop reading and posting it. simple.
  23. there isnt a mobile version, it probably selects lo-fi setting. im sure if you change it once through your settings it will leave a cookie.
