  1. im getting confident of this one, im really trying not to get my hopes up, but its hard
  2. i think hes speaking out to try and get the confidence of the players up. no point him coming out and saying were not fit, weve not got enough players, and were just not good enough right now.
  3. it gives you 5% discount on season tickets, thats about it. but the last few years with the price freezes from the year before, its not been worth it. got a certificate my dad keeps in his safe at work, you know, just incase someone breaks in to steal it!!! i dont know of any other benefits i get to be honest, there is an assiatant who helps with anything on request, extra tickets, away game tickets and so on. as long as you inform them before tickets go on sale can always get a ticket. think thats about it
  4. in the case of who pays for what and who owns what. it would have pretty much been everton owned two sides and liverpool owned the other two. they would be responsible for their own sides. it would have been two separate L shaped half stadiums really. not really one stadium shared, if that makes sense
  5. i got mine as a gift when i was 18, dont know how easy it is or whats exactly involved. but a friend of mine and his brother got a share each last year, a family friend had a terminal disease and wanted to get them something to remember her by, so they got a share each. they were told they were three grand each by a relative of hers. and they had to go through a broker and it took about a month to finalise. how much of that was acurate i dont know. edit try here for more help http://www.efcsa.org/home.htm ive never even seen the portal before, this is the first time i knew they had a section on the website
  6. i was thinking that because of the financial implications of architecture they may persue it
  7. im not knowledgable about the san siro, but does anybody know if there was problems then? or did they both set out from the ofset in that stadium? edit just looked it up, was built and owned by milan, inter have been tenants ever since it was built
  8. this is all in theory, but; a lot of people were against the move for various reasons. a lot of people didnt like the design, the tag "mid-level" that was put in the application. but if they were to build the same designed "mid level" stadium in liverpool, or even on the current footprint. would it still be just as bad? could save a lot of money in development and design (unless our friends at tesco own them and wouldnt let us)
  9. i hope the muppets who do the catering on a match day dont do the sandwiches
  10. the amount of kids you see in liverpool adidas trackies around town, you just dont see anything like that with everton umbro. if you see someone wearing an everton tracky they probably work for the club. even seen lads in nike man utd trainers! have you heard anything more about the kitbag deal louis?
  11. i think so mate. i doubt i'll be asking questions, but im eager to hear whats said anyway.
  12. because his agent wants him to. that is all
  13. >>>link<<< EDIT If anything symbolised the poverty of Everton's ambition it came with the recent opening of the £1billion retail transformation of Liverpool city centre. Liverpool FC opened a state-of-the-art store there, while keeping open their other citycentre shop. Everton didn't want to know. They now have no commercial presence in the heart of their resurgent home town, happy for it to be annexed by their rivals across Stanley Park. Happy to give backing to Kopite chants about "the city's all ours" and Everton being "a small club from Kirkby". It's one thing Everton's owners admitting they're also-rans on a national scale but to admit it in their own city is a dereliction of duty. hit the nail on the head with that one
  14. id me chuffed if we got love, very very good player
  15. finally a positive rumour, but as that story suggests, both are unlikely
  16. i have one share. they still dont give details. bored of you now, bye
  17. im pretty sure arsenal bid for ramsey after we did. and that lad still isnt ready for the premier league, but i would have liked to get him in. and we have bid for moutinho too remember. still not good enough though
  18. i read evertons accounts every year, it show balances, assets, profits and losses, it doesnt explain why these things happen. hence; people want answers!!! seriously, do you actually consider that there are reasons so many fans dont trust these people at the club? its like you believe everything the club say and if we doubt them we should go straight to jail, dont pass go and dont collect £200.
  19. its been there since they took over our merchandising. again, we can only hope the kitbag deal goes ahead. i do like the umbro kits, i think our kits now are all really nice, its just shit that all the designs are identical. the adidas kits are lovely too, but they have the same problem as adidas where they are all essentially the same. nike tend to have a bit more variety than most thou
  20. all he was saying was that the system we play doesnt really suit him
  21. i thought he was a wind up since he first came on here, stinks of kopite to me but..........just ran a search on his ip address, his posts are coming from lisbon. now he could be a brit working/living abroad, dont know, but he is based in portugal for sure. from the report, the guy could possibly be called Pedro Jose Goncalves or Alfredo Alvim. on topic thou. he may have a release clause, but they will accept less than the clause, clubs always do. and you lads in lisbon may think he has no reason to come here, apart from his agent is now employed by efc and im damn sure hes pushing the lad our way. if we have actually got the money im sure he'll be a blue in the next two weeks or so
  22. justin hoyte hasnt gone yet, but i really rate this lad, lots of potential. id want to sign him regardless
