In this respect it will help to know how long items such as washing machines or printers should last. You can get this information relevant trade association. After four months they've not got a leg to stand on. I got (as I put on here a while back) a full refund on a laptop that was more than a year old by being persistent. They may try and fob you off but if you hang in the law's on your side .

Averaged slightly better than a goal every four games....not on the same planet as Latch or Sharpy, and more often a liability than an inspiration. Can understand the appeal though to an extent for a generation starved of success (and half decent football).

What about Scotland? Gavin Hamilton played in the 1999 world cup for Scotland, then played a test (in South Africa) for England the following year before playing for Scotland again (after a four year qualifying period). Loads more Jocks have played for England....though I can't think of any off the top of my head.
