  1. Haha not saying that. On replays he was close his arm just wasn't long enough. Robles with his reach wouldn't have had a problem. De gea wouldn't have had it, too short, but courtouis would. Beeing cheeky because in honesty Robles would have had it with his reach, but it's not due to quality of keeper.
  2. Well played. Nolan doesn't start anymore though, we'll have to hope for a rumble. I would love to see Europa again.
  3. Honestly matt a 6'7" Robles wouldn't have even had to jump, just reach his paw.
  4. McCarthy, had the will to win, loved seeing him shoot more today. Ossie runner up, on his day he penetrates the final third and links up the best of our attackers.
  5. Good point I'll give you that matt. In conclusion it's a sad state of affairs and not the way I'd have liked him to go.
  6. Not happy with the result, Looked good at times, Barkley needs to play deeper. Guess Europa fair play is out with 2 yellows.
  7. Only took 36 games to figure it out that Barry is the guy to come off for the attacker. Progress!
  8. FFS. Pull Barry and put mirallas on
  9. 5 corners in a row, come on get in
  10. Browning was making the bench regularly over Distin, he had no chance to play, should have been sold. Buttons maybe, but we can use all the cash and freed up wages we can get.
  11. Rust we are getting shots now, and before we were having lots of possession but we weren't dithering around the box, we would link up and penetrate and attack. We look good today.
  12. Wow great plays and shots by lukaku and osman.
  13. Barkley and osman nice link up there!
  14. Either way he should have been sold. An offer came in we refused and he is unused and will leave on a free? Terrible business decision.
  15. Thank you matt that's a great explanation. I remember moyes was very involved with the scouting (he enjoyed that kinda thing), seems RM is a little more hands off.
  16. Thank you Steve. It's funny thing, in a lot of countries the north and south don't get along and are very different. America, UK, Italy, etc. and it's the same story, northern industrial working class etc, southern lazy slow etc. being a northerner for 28 years of my life and living in the south now It fascinates me.
  17. He has looked fantastic this season, probably their most consistent player. Was funny seeing him in an advanced role while van Persie and Rooney were behind him :0
  18. Enrolled them in a basic accounting course at the local university I hear you. Glad we are in a better position financially now.
  19. I have another questions for you guys. With the SNP doing so resoundedly well, does this mean there will be another independence vote and it is more likely to pass? I'm not sure if they are able to vote on that I imagine parliament would have to allow it and am not sure of the Tories position of Scottish independence. Also another question, this whole England removed from the EU business, was that merely a election ploy to get votes or do you think it will really happen and pass?
  20. reminds me of where i went to university, they had an american football program in the 60's but it stopped in 1969 due to finance. the last game they played they won. The university still makes "Cleveland State University Football" shirts with the back of the shirt saying "Undefeated since 1969", clever.
